Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation - from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged; - from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking; - A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-out For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - pets of small size by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
This is a peaceful oasis in the heart of a walking street with shops and restaurants. The hostess is kind, supportive, and fluent in English. The room is clean and elegantly furnished. I extended my stay because I liked the location so much!
Charming entrance and structure but room and bathroom maintenance needs improvement. Unstable wardrobe. Provide information on where to stop for luggage unloading beforehand.
