Warm and welcoming reception from the host. He immediately offered to put the bikes in a secure place. The room and the B&B are very well maintained (cleanliness and facilities. Note everything is provided for people with reduced mobility! Bravo!). It is well located in relation to the center with some noise disturbances related to the port and the road. By closing the window and using the air conditioning you don't hear anything anymore. The arrangement of breakfast with various bars is very pleasant. He also allowed us to discover a very good pastry shop (Pasticceria Cantelma). Beautiful stay!

We spent 10 days at this property! We booked a triple room. The room is spacious enough to be comfortable for three. The bathroom is very large! The shower is very convenient with a door that opens halfway to help the child wash! The owner is very kind and helpful! For breakfast, vouchers are provided to choose from several cafés in the area! We found it very convenient! Excellent cleanliness! In the end, I give it a nice 10! We will definitely come back!

The structure is new, very welcoming, you can see that a lot of work has been done to make it excellent for guests. Just outside the pedestrian area, so just a few steps from everything, also close to the bike rental (useful for the Via Verde). It is easy to find parking in front of the B&B or in the nearby streets. Gianfranco gave us a lot of useful advice to improve our vacation, which I appreciate a lot and which I find to be the real plus of staying in a B&B rather than in a hotel. Recommended!

The B&B is located in a very convenient position both for walking around the village and for reaching the beaches and the nearby villages by car. It does not have private parking, but it is quite easy to find a spot on the surrounding streets. The interiors of the structure have been completely renovated only a few years ago, while the refurbishment of the external part of the building is still underway, placing extreme attention on the choice of living solutions and materials. I stayed with my wife, unfortunately for only 5 nights, in a very spacious, bright and spotless room, as well as the bathroom, equipped with a nice terrace overlooking the port of Ortona. The breakfast at affiliated pastry shops or bars is excellent and reachable in a few minutes on foot. A special mention finally for our host Gianfranco, who with extreme kindness provided us, both in person and via WhatsApp, a wealth of useful information and advice on what to do, what to see or where to eat, making our stay even more enjoyable. Rating 10 out of 10.

We stayed at B&B Reale from August 12 to 19 and we had a great time. The structure, just a step from the center, has been renovated and is extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom are spotless and well-furnished, equipped with small attentions (visible and hidden) designed to make those who occupy them feel good. Breakfast is provided at affiliated establishments nearby, we found ourselves very well at Bar Pasticceria Cantelmi. The real difference, however, is made by Mr. Gianfranco, our host, a cultured person, very kind and rich in humanity who enchanted us with his historical stories about Ortona. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

I chose this accommodation because it is located in the upper part where the evening activities take place. Having arrived by train and not having a means of transportation, I appreciated the convenience of the location. To reach the sea, just take a bus and you'll get there in no time; the bus stop is very close to the B&B Reale. For breakfast, there is a voucher that allows you to choose from 6 or 7 bars and pastry shops. We had a great time: the room and bathroom were spacious, with a balcony offering a sea view. The manager picked us up upon arrival at the station and took us back after a week at departure. He provided useful information about transportation, places to visit, and restaurants to eat at; he was very helpful and kind. What can I say!? I would recommend it to everyone.

Grazie per l'apprezzamento, cerchiamo sempre di fare il meglio per i nostri ospiti. Nell'appartamento Vintage, la sezione del tutto indipendente della struttura dove avete soggiornato, non è presente il frigo perché è in fase di realizzazione una cucina completa, nella quale ovviamente sarà presente anche il frigorifero. Il resto della struttura, dove sono disponibili tre camere B&B, dispone invece già di una sala comune, nella quale sono presenti dei tavoli, una TV, una vetrinetta privata per ogni camera e un frigorifero ad uso libero degli ospiti.

Extremely functional place, has everything necessary for an overnight stay. Excellent location, just steps from the center which allows you to easily visit the beautiful town of Ortona. The presence of information at B&B Reale on historical-cultural-religious and gastronomic sites to visit nearby to discover the splendid Abruzzo territory is very useful. The B&B Reale is strategically located, with a sea/port view of Ortona, a stone's throw from the historic center and close to the cycle path "via verde dei trabocchi". Cozy rooms, recently renovated, spacious and suitable for families with children, with a second bed available. Simple, functional furnishings with a large bathroom. Breakfast room available. Granfranco, the owner, is a very friendly person and willing to provide logistical advice (garage for our bikes) and organizational advice for the duration of the stay. Being in a condominium structure, if there was the possibility of mutual agreement to proceed with external maintenance works, it would earn an extra score, which is already at the highest level of satisfaction. Thank you for everything. If there is an opportunity, I will return, in the meantime I recommend it to everyone.

Nice structure, new, clean and tidy. The breakfast, very good, is provided in one of the many pastry shops or bars on the main street, two minutes from B&B Reale. Located in the center of Ortona, close to every service within walking distance, to beautiful views and the castle. A few minutes by car you can reach the most famous beaches and the 'green way of trabocchi', where you can rent bicycles and ride along the charming cycle path along the sea, to see them. The owner is helpful and kind. Everything perfect. We will come back!

We stopped in Ortona somewhat by chance, but these two days were truly very pleasant. The B&B Reale is well-kept in detail, with a beautiful view and excellent cleanliness, rare to find. I feel that the best part of the property is Gianfranco. A person of great culture and availability, just knowing that at breakfast we were pampered with wonderful pastries just bought from the bakery, every morning. The B&B Reale is a few meters from the pedestrian zone, very convenient to reach the city center and not far from the beginning of the Via Verde cycle path and the sea. The structure is very welcoming and new! Easy to reach, good parking. The room where I stayed with some friends was very comfortable, equipped with all comforts. I highly recommend this structure to anyone interested.

Recently renovated property in a great location (right in the city center), panoramic (our room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for admiring the sunrise). Spacious, clean room, well-furnished in a modern style, equipped with air conditioning; large bathroom with a window, particularly noteworthy the shower, comfortable, state-of-the-art, with the ability to finely adjust the water temperature and choose between two types of shower head (fixed and handheld). In front of the rooms, equipped common area, characterized by the presence of separate collection containers, fridge (unfortunately currently not usable due to current anti-Covid regulations) and key-locked display cases (one per room), which serve as a private exchange place between guests and hosts, where, upon arrival, you will find various informative brochures on activities / cultural events / places of major interest in the area and daily breakfast vouchers, currently to be consumed at the bar due to the ongoing pandemic (with the possibility of choosing among several bars and pastry bars in the surrounding area, clearly indicated by the host). Finally Gianfranco, the ideal host: helpful, kind, prepared and informed about everything regarding the city and able to respond promptly (he is always reachable) to all guest needs (information on bike rental, best beaches, restaurants and pizzerias, schedules and various services). Maximum organization in managing the property. Such organization and information are rarely found! We will definitely return!

Grazie Sara e Roberto, anche voi però siete gli ospiti ideali, apertura mentale da dar credito ad una struttura appena aperta, pronti a notare ed apprezzare elementi non comuni e neppure particolarmente evidenti come il miscelatore termostatico alla doccia e l'impianto di circolazione continua dell'acqua calda che te la fa arrivare in un paio di secondi appena. Very modern and spacious room. The cleanliness is impeccable and the sea view is satisfying. The excellent breakfast, made at the Gateaux bar. The owner is friendly and available for any information. We hope to return for a bike ride along the trabocchi coast.

The structure is in a perfect location to visit Ortona and as a starting point for other destinations. The Vintage room we had booked was perfect for us. Clean and quiet. We had a dog with us, well received and pampered by Gianfranco who proved to be an exceptional host. Paolo and Daniela.

I stayed at B&B Reale with my boyfriend. The room is brand new, well-lit, electric shutters, air conditioning, brand new bathroom and excellent shower. The location is perfect: 1 minute walk from the main pedestrian street. Convenient also regarding parking. Gianfranco is very kind and very helpful for everything. I highly recommend it!

I was here with my partner for a weekend of relaxation and to celebrate her birthday. Completely renovated and comfortable structure, centrally located for quick access to the sea and for a walk in the center. The highlight was definitely Mr. Gianfranco, very helpful in every aspect. He helped me organize a surprise for my partner and even gave her a small personal gift. Excellent value for money, worth going back.

The stay was pleasant and the accommodation comfortable. The location is very central and well served by urban and extra-urban connections, a stone's throw from the pedestrian center, pharmacies, and restaurants. Close to the beach with stones or sand. The owner was very helpful in giving us directions for our travels. We will gladly return.
