Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times - Garden - A daily cost of 30 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 30 € for final cleaning
Cozy and very relaxing place. Ideal especially for those seeking peace and want to disconnect from work and worries, since only in very few points of the place it was possible to have internet connection (I didn't mind at all). Very nice pool and welcoming and kind staff. Absolutely approved!
