We had a fantastic time at B&B Casa Cerboneschi. Silvia and Francesco made sure everything is to our liking, they did not hesitate to accommodate any special request from us and even went out of their way to surprise us with a small gift for our special occasion. The view from the panoramic room is breathtaking, the same from the balcony where breakfast is prepared. The village is beyond beautiful and tranquil yet offers a good variety of dining options, there is free parking within walking distance to the B&B. Overall we are super satisfied that we chose B&B Casa Cerboneschi and we have arrived home with wonderful memories (and pictures) from Tuscany.

Really lovely bed and breakfast with incredible hosts! Francesco and Sylvia are passionate about making your stay a unique one. They provide good talks, a high quality breakfast (but do not expect a buffet like in hotels). It is smaller, but with really good food. The rooms were clean and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay. Casale Marittimo is always worth a visit, with many small bars/restaurants/shops, that are very authentic and Casa Cerboneschi is in the middle of it all. We will definitely come back - thank you so much Francesco and Sylvia!

Casa Cerboneschi is located in a sweet little village with plenty of dining options, just a few minutes from the sea. The accommodation is an ideal starting point to explore the area. Francesco and Silvia are friendly and helpful hosts who had many tips. How had a great time with them.

We, my wife and I, spent a week in this beautiful Art Nouveau-style house. We stayed in a very well-renovated room with panoramic views (Tuscan landscape overlooking the sea and Elba). A hundred meters away is the center of the beautiful town of Casale. Nice bars, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Yet the house is quiet and the stay is relaxing. Super host, thank you Francesco for the tips and the great hospitality. We will gladly come back!

The welcome you receive in an establishment well integrated into the center of the village is exquisite.The house is furnished with great taste.Delightful for those who can appreciate the aesthetic of a home that preserves,despite necessary updates,the elegant yet unpretentious tradition of the period in which it was built.The staff is kind and competent.I recommend it without hesitation.

It resembles an old inn in a historic building typical of inland Tuscany, with views of the wonderful hills. A very charming setting, even if a bit spartan. Francesco and Silvia are very kind and Silvia makes wonderful breakfasts.

We returned to this accommodation for the second consecutive summer.Francesco and Silvia are very kind and always helpful.They both prepare breakfast every morning with homemade pastries,always different.The location of the accommodation is excellent,in the center of the village of Casale Marittimo and a few kilometers from the sea.

I suffered too much heat. The room was an oven, at least the first night. In such cases, where there is no air conditioning that, I imagine due to technical and economic difficulties, is difficult to install in a historic building, you need to keep windows closed, everything closed, and create a deafening darkness, broken only by the fan set to minimum. Perhaps consider installing ceiling fans?

We stayed there in August as well as during the bridge of the first of November, finding a family atmosphere. The managers, Francesco and Silvia, are very helpful, they made us feel more than guests, friends. The building, an illustrious construction, retains all its ancient charm in a simple yet functional way for a vacation of other times, when living in a place like Casale was the true essence of vacationing in a Tuscany of villages and hills, where time that passes never really passes and everyday life is like it once was, where technology does not count but personal relationships do. The morning light that illuminates the underlying valleys against the backdrop of the sea reconciles you with life and the world, making you forget for a moment the difficulties of everyday life, which is difficult, chaotic, and frantic. Thank you for everything Francesca and Silvia. See you next year.

The B&B is located in Casale Marittimo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in a historic house restored with care and consistency to the context. The owners are wonderful, kind, and helpful people. The structure has a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy the open view of the valley up to the sea. Starting the day with a genuine and abundant breakfast and a view that puts you at peace with the world gives you a boost. The place is great for both the sea and sports, with many trails for mountain biking and cycling tourism.

Casa Cerboneschi is a beautiful establishment in the center of Casale Marittimo, a lively and animated village from which it is easy to reach the sea. Francesco and Silvia are two truly exquisite and welcoming individuals who made us feel at home right away. Of travels we have done and of accommodations we have seen, but we have never been welcomed and treated well as by Francesco and Silvia. B&B Casa Cerboneschi super clean and cozy. Their B&B Casa Cerboneschi is in a wonderful historic village that is appreciated in every corner, and their terrace offers you an excellent view of the hills, the sea, and the islands when the sky is particularly clear. The breakfast is prepared with great dedication and love. The coffee brought to the table in the moka pot has a delicious taste of times past. The room is spacious and with the right comforts. Leaving them was a regret, like saying goodbye to people you have known forever. Casale Marittimo is a village in a 'strategic' position to reach the sea in 15 minutes or other villages to visit. The B&B is in the center of the small village and it is possible to reach it by car to unload and load luggage, but it does not have parking even though the free ones are quite close. The welcome by Francesco is exemplary and we had a great time. If we decide to spend more days in Tuscany and travel around the villages, we will definitely rebook.

If you are looking for a bed and breakfast where you can feel at home, this is Casa Cerboneschi. A beautiful ancient building right in the center where, as soon as you enter, you are surrounded by the familiar atmosphere and the friendliness of the owners, Francesco and Silvia. It's hard not to enjoy a breakfast with homemade pastries, in front of a lit fireplace, while chatting with Francesco or admiring the beautiful view from the window. It's nice to find herbal teas available in the evening, with a service of fine porcelain cups, a sign of attention to guests and trust.

The manager treats guests as if they were long-time friends (at least that's how he did with us) and does everything to make you feel comfortable. At the time of booking, I reported my motor disability and he immediately sent me photos of the few stairs to the breakfast area (commendable behavior).

Small structure nestled in a beautiful ancient village well kept with shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious, with nice details and antique furniture. Part of their charm is the absence of TV and other technological gadgets, however, there is perfectly functioning WIFI. A light and constant breeze supplants horrible and annoying air conditioning systems in favor of a very pleasant and more natural ventilation of the premises. The view that opens onto the hills with the sea in the background is impressive. Francesco, the host, is a delightful person, very friendly and extremely helpful, he strives with his innate courtesy to meet the needs of customers besides being a great source of advice for visits in the surroundings and in the choice of places and restaurants. In short, an experience to be repeated.

Manor house turned into B&B. The room was very spacious. Some of those offered have a view of the valley to the sea and the islands fantastic. Simple but really great breakfast with homemade cakes, coffee in a moka pot (much appreciated) and fresh fruit juices.

Francesco welcomed us with great sympathy and availability. Our room was very spacious, bright, tastefully furnished with a window overlooking the surrounding countryside with an incredible view... Truly a "room with a view". Also nice terrace for breakfast and the opportunity to enjoy this common area even during the day/evening. Great location in the center of the beautiful village of Casale Marittimo but in an absolutely quiet position and a two-minute walk from free parking. Highly recommended!
