Description
Our property is located in the city Florence, via di Scandicci, on the ground floor and offers 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, one of which is equipped for disabled people. Breakfast is included in the price and can include sweet and savory food, according to needs and season. The historic center of the city can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by public transport, bus and tram (Arcipressi stop). In the neighborhood there are various restaurante and sing options, supermarkets and a launderette. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the San Giovanni di Dio hospital, in the Torregalli area, on the border with Scandicci and the Don Gnocchi rehabilitation center.

The place is also a convenient location on the occasion of the Scandicci Fair, in october.

Our stay was everything that we expected and more. The place was exceptionally clean and very well located near public transport, but the host Rosella made all the difference. Great B&B experience! The breakfast was very filling each morning and a great way to try homemade Italian breakfast options. Our train was delayed arriving in Florence, but the host was wonderful and allowed us to check in later than our original check-in time while staying in close contact. It is a very secure location; we felt safe the entire time. We would stay again when we're in the area!

Very friendly and accommodating host. Lovely rooms and a cozy area close to the city center. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. I also recommend the local gelato shop called “Slurp”(the best gelato I've had so far).

Oh my goodness! We absolutely love and adore this sweet Bed & Breakfast! Rosella was such a lovely host who came to feel like family in our far too short four days there. Our breakfast was absolutely amazing! So many homemade goodies and goodness created with love! Any questions we had were answered and she helped guide us to taxis and activities. We cannot wait to visit her again and stay at this charming home away from home!

The space was quiet and quaint. It had everything we needed. Rosella was welcoming, friendly and kind. She offered advice on where to visit and places to eat. She checked in and made sure we knew how to get to the Casa. I wish we could have spent evenings in the garden in the photos. That was only available in the morning with breakfast. Otherwise it was great. Thank you.

My sister and I stayed here for four nights during our trip to Florence and we had an absolutely LOVELY stay. Rossella is so kind and welcoming and her breakfasts are fantastic! The room was very cozy and Rossella was a great hostess making sure everything was well during our stay. We had an early morning one of the days we stayed with her and she left us a breakfast to take with us. We really enjoyed getting to chat with her and cannot recommend staying with her enough!

The whole establishment is very clean and neat. It is conveniently located a short tram ride away from the S.M. Novella train station and Centro Storico. I was also able to find my way back by bus fairly easily each evening from wherever I ended up during my daily explorations of Florence. Rossella clearly enjoys hosting her guests and we had interesting conversations each morning over the lovely breakfasts that she had prepared. And to top it all off, she even helped me improve my less-than-perfect Italian language skills and provided some excellent suggestions on worthwhile ways to spend my time in Florence. I would definitely stay there again during future trips.

Rosella was a tremendous host, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a comfortable stay away from the crowds while in Florence. The room was impeccably tidy, and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Rosella was super helpful with giving us recommendations for things to see and places to eat in the area. Rossella was a wonderful host! She was very helpful, her breakfasts were amazing and so were all the conversations we had. The room was great and we were well catered for. Rosella is so nice and welcoming that we were sad when we left. She speaks perfect English and helped us with everything we needed. And the price is the best in the city! The only con is that you need to take a tram or bus to the city center, but it costs 1.5€ and runs pretty frequently.

Overall, the stay was very positive. The room is large, clean, and everything is functional. The breakfast is substantial, and you can have it at a small table outside by the small garden. Another positive point: it is a 5-minute walk to the tram! Only drawback: no private parking. You have to park on the street. Generally there is always space, except the first Saturday of the month when it becomes very difficult because the city cleans the streets and you must not leave your car there.

We were warmly welcomed by our host with all the professionalism that made us feel like guests. The room (pink) has an incredible charm. Tastefully decorated, upon our arrival we were greeted with delicate attentions. Rossella is a very caring woman and tried to meet our needs (advice on things to do in the city, made the effort to speak to us in French, and we were able to exchange ideas on interesting topics during the very hearty and homemade breakfasts). Access to public transport was very convenient. We can only encourage you to share the time of a stay, this immersion in a place where you will feel at home and welcomed in a sincere way.

We stayed for 4 days as a couple and we loved it. The room is clean and well maintained, the place is quiet and the tram station is only a 5-minute walk away. Rossella is a great host. She was very easy to reach and took great care of our well-being. We could have breakfast in a small garden and it was really nice. The accommodation is very clean and has everything necessary. The bed was also very comfortable, so my partner, who suffers from back pain, had no problems and was able to rest. The rooms are big enough. With bus line 6, the old town can be reached in 25 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We even had breakfast prepared by Rossella for our departure :) Thanks again :)

I was somewhat skeptical reading so many positive reviews... and after our experience, I must say that this place is everything that was mentioned and more! The distance to the center is not a problem at all, on the contrary, the tram passes very frequently and arrives in 12 minutes, the cleanliness is excellent! Absolutely remarkable, I consider myself very demanding on this point and this place has far exceeded my standards; the comfort of the bed and the tranquility of the place make rest (very necessary after so much walking) extremely comfortable, and as if all this were not enough... there's Rosella, she has a way of offering herself and making you feel at home, with her chats and her breakfasts with homemade food... please, what exquisite breakfasts! Without a doubt, our time in Florence would not have been so special without her presence. Grateful and blessed to have found you! We recommend you and hope to come back soon! I chose the B&B because it is close to where I needed to go. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was cozy, tidy and very clean. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The homemade breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. It is not close to the center, but there is a tram stop a short walk away that provides a connection; as a cherry on top, P.S. is 1 km away. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights — me, my husband and my son — in this very charming B&B that we chose because it is near the home of our friends who live in Florence and whom we came to visit. The blue room was modern, spotless and equipped with every comfort. Rossella, the owner, is very kind and hospitable; at breakfast every morning she provided delicious homemade cakes, very fresh croissants, fruit salad, yogurt, biscuits and other treats. We will certainly have another opportunity to return to our friends in Florence and it will also be a chance to stay again with Rossella in her welcoming B&B. Wonderful holiday discovering Tuscan cuisine at Rossella's home restaurant. That evening we had a delicious peposo. Rossella is very kind, a perfect hostess. The room is large, comfortable and clean. This is the second year I book my stay in Florence at this B&B, which I really like both for the room and for the host's hospitality, which deserves a 10. The room, equipped with a bathroom, is large, airy, welcoming, and very clean. The house is free of architectural barriers and the room is equipped with a shower and toilet for the disabled. The host is welcoming and helpful to the guests. The location is very convenient because in 13 minutes by tram you can reach Florence city center. The trams pass on average every 5 minutes. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I stayed 2 nights at the B&B and I was very well. Mrs. Rossella welcomed me with kindness, she was always friendly and caring. The breakfast was plentiful and included homemade delicacies by her. The location of the B&B is in a quiet area. The room is spacious and comfortable.

My son and I stayed for five days, and we had a great time. The owner, Rossella, is a really kind and very helpful person. We immediately felt at home. The environment overall is welcoming, quiet, and in a convenient location due to its proximity to the tram and the bus stop. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the rest of the structure is impeccable. The breakfast provided is varied and abundant, and in addition, we were offered to have dinner in a home restaurant style, which we particularly enjoyed. Everything was of excellent quality. In conclusion, a Bed and Breakfast to recommend to anyone.

Rossella was a attentive hostess to our needs. The location of the property is a bit off-center but in a very quiet area and well connected to the center through the tramway available a few meters from the house. We arrived by car and were able to easily find free parking to leave it and move around with the public transport. The room is clean and welcoming, with everything you need. Also, breakfast ranges from sweet to savory, according to personal tastes. A good landing place to visit Florence without staying in the chaos of the center.

It was a short stay with my eighty-year-old mother. We felt welcomed and pampered by Rossella, who manages the Casa del Giramondo B&B. Abundant breakfast and on request, comfortable and very clean room, very functional bathroom. I will definitely come back.

B&B very close to Arcipressi stop to easily reach the center of Florence. Cozy room, very comfortable bed. Rossella is very helpful, kind, and her breakfasts are fantastic. Highly recommended.

With my husband and our 2 daughters we were guests of Casa del Giramondo B&B for a short weekend getaway. The first feeling was that of feeling at home, starting from the welcome and finally with the delightful availability of the landlady, always attentive to every detail. The b&b's location is optimal for quickly reaching the city center by tram, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, with easy parking. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is fantastic and varied. Experience to be repeated and recommended.

A quiet place 600 meters from the tram and 200 from the buses, Mrs. Rossella was very helpful, I would gladly return.

I stayed for 2 days to be close to my husband, who was operated at the Torregalli Hospital in Florence, and I had a very good experience. The location is perfect, very close, I could even walk there or use the Don Gnocchi parking lot, convenient and even closer. Breakfast is included, but I cannot judge it because I had different schedules.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean and tidy room, it has everything you need. Abundant breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good location, just outside the center, close to the bus and tram stop that allow you to reach the center in about 15 minutes.
