Room very close to the hospital, clean, bright, with fridge, microwave, hairdryer, Mrs. Sonia very kind, I highly recommend it, great price.

Affordable, very close to the center, practically attached to the hospital if interventions are needed, etc. Great cordiality and availability of the manager. Very satisfied.

Located in a great location for those who need to reach the hospital, comfortable rooms equipped with all the comforts. The lady was extremely kind, giving us all the directions on how to get there. Highly recommended.

Perfect as a support for the hospital. Perfect management of the check-in and check-out reservation. There is no elevator for the rooms.

Structure in front of the hospital and emergency room but very quiet. The only downside is the parking a bit far and paid. Sonia welcomed us very well, she was very kind.

Structure 5 minutes walk from Negrar. Simple room but equipped with every comfort. The owner Sonia was kind and helpful. You can leave your luggage in the common room and stay there waiting to leave. Excellent value for money.

My sister and I rented a room blindfolded. Sonia's availability was enough to choose it! The proximity to the Sacro Cuore hospital adds value to the property, you can reach it in 5 minutes at a slow pace. The room is cozy and clean.

Room with a spacious and very clean bathroom. A few meters from the entrance of the hospital, where you can walk to. Mrs. Sonia, very kind and extremely helpful.

Clean room and equipped with everything you need, just 2 steps from the hospital. Sonia is a wonderful host, kind, helpful, courteous, she allowed me to use the kitchen and bathroom even after hours, attentive to every need. I highly recommend it to those like me who needed a base for the hospital. Excellent price. Thank you.
