I felt very welcomed here, I arrived after several days of walking (from Bergamo to Brescia) and received a lovely welcome from the host (and the dog). Beautiful place, for a really great price, along with an incredible breakfast with lots of fruit, yoghurts, pastries and other bits. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Gussago! The accommodation was simply perfect. The breakfasts were delicate and beautifully served. It is run by very nice and friendly people. It is located near the bus stop and the bus takes you to the center of Brescia in 20 minutes. Also not far from Lake d'Iseo, only about half an hour by car. Really loved this place.

Charming place, welcoming and friendly host. There is a lack of fresh bread at breakfast. A small blower heater would be a nice addition in the shower for the mid-season. We appreciate this place, and we have stayed here several times.

The owners are very welcoming, the breakfast was beyond our expectations, fresh fruits etcetera, it is a bit difficult to park but we managed to park the car inside the property. Very good value for money.

A small and beautiful B&B in the heart of Gussago, a perfect place for an overnight stop outside Brescia, but also as a base to visit the town, the Franciacorta region, Lake Iseo or Val Trompia. The owner, Alice, is very kind, the room (the suite) is beautiful and cozy. The combination of historic furnishings, such as family photographs, with modern artwork makes B&B Gran Bilì even more special. The breakfast is excellent, with jams produced on site.

Beautiful old house, well maintained, clean, welcoming and spacious. A peaceful and relaxing place. Welcoming and kind hosts. Breakfast very good and varied. It's a pity I was only there for one night while passing through; I hope to be able to return and also enjoy the beauties of the area.

Family-run establishment with few rooms, set in a colonial house located in the greenery. Period furnishings with Japanese ethnic touches that make it unique. A rather spartan entrance may give a bad impression, but then the entrance loggia is magical, with sculptures, all made by the owner, a Japanese artist. The owner is very welcoming and friendly and makes you feel at home right away. Just like Bella, their dog! Our room was recently renovated and very clean. Breakfast is one of the most appreciated things with quality products: seasonal fruits from their garden (figs, nut jam), homemade pastries, yogurt, fruit juice, honey, and a wide selection of teas and herbal teas. Highly recommended for those who love simplicity and hospitality.

The structure is welcoming and intimate. I appreciated the beauty of the farmhouse, both the indoor spaces and the terrace and the outdoor area it overlooks, as well as the artistic elements it is rich in. The owners are truly kind and helpful! I stayed alone for work, I am unable to evaluate the location in relation to areas of interest, but the location is very pleasant (in the village but like being in the countryside, with the terrace overlooking the internal garden and the hills) and I would gladly return!

I had a good experience. The host is very accommodating, kind, and quick to respond. The room was clean, spacious, with a spacious bathroom as well. It is well signposted on online maps, although a sign would not hurt at the address. It does not have internal parking, but I easily found parking in the town, just a short walk away. There are good restaurants nearby, also reachable on foot. The only downsides are: the wifi did not work well as I wanted to watch a match on Sky with my tablet and had to use my data, and the room I stayed in faces directly onto the street, so from 6:00 AM onwards, if you do not have heavy sleep or are not used to noise, you will be awakened. In any case, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Feeling at home, even though you are in someone else's home. Kindness and hospitality at their best. Vintage furniture and excellent bathrooms. The location is not excellent as it is difficult to park, unless the owner grants you, free of charge as he did with me, to park inside. For the rest, the location is close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast has ample room for improvement.

Beautiful structure, good location in the center but quite a quiet area. Excellent breakfast and hospitality from the manager. I booked for four friends and this is what they reported to me regarding some aspects that could be improved: add a sign outside, even small, with the name of the structure; specify better that the bathroom, for the two rooms where it indicates that they have a private external bathroom, is actually shared between the two rooms: in this case it was not a problem but it could be; a slightly firmer mattress in the double room.

Very charming, with very beautiful interiors, a comfortable bed and many interesting artworks. The welcome and assistance were very warm, we felt at ease. The garden is also beautiful and the dog loved to be petted. We walked along Via delle Sorelle and this was the best accommodation.

I had a good stay in a historic villa with relative furniture, at a fair price. The room I stayed in was on the first floor and below passes a not very busy street. There is a public parking not far from the property, although I discovered it on my own. Overall, the property is recommended for those visiting the surroundings of Brescia.

Great location, just a stone's throw from the town center. The structure is very beautiful and well maintained, both in the common areas and in the room; included in the stay is a plentiful breakfast with fresh homemade products. The kindness and availability of Giuditta, the host, are the cherry on top. I would go back with my eyes closed!

We had a great time at this B&B that embodies the origins of this form of hospitality: human warmth, friendliness, exchange among people. The house is a snapshot of an old rural structure with a cellar with barrels, courtyard, porch where many rural works were once carried out. The view is very beautiful, both in the morning and at sunset. The breakfast was very well taken care of, all the products were genuine and some were self-produced (cake, fruit, jam).

The description on the website is perfectly in line with what I found. It's a B&B where you are in close contact with the owners. Kindness and courtesy are the order of the day as well as the small attentions that the owners give to the guests. I had never found the English egg breakfast before. For those who love running, I suggest bringing running shoes, fresh air and marked (and unmarked) paths are a real pleasure for the body.

The managers are very kind people, the care in welcoming I would define as perfect, all immersed in a unique simplicity, sleeping wonderfully, in the room a small service to heat the water and prepare a hot drink shows a uniqueness finesse and attention to detail, the breakfast with homemade jams superb, even the simple coffee made with a well-dated moka is pleasant, the beauty of the view from the porch on the vineyard, superb, tranquility, kindness and serenity in the behavior of the hosts complete a very pleasant stay, the price absolutely honest, then in the hurry I forgot to return the keys that I sent to the B&B two days later when I returned home and I received in return a beautiful postcard with their thanks, it's priceless!

The owners are very kind. The lady prepared an excellent breakfast for us. The only downside is the staircase leading to the attic, which is too steep and narrow, not suitable for everyone.
