You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The property was clean, the rooms were spacious and secure. Manuela and the staff provided excellent service and made sure that I was comfortable.

Nice B&B, clean, spacious with a fridge in every room. The wifi is not so good in every room! The owner was very polite and friendly although she could improve her English. The mattresses of the beds are made of high-quality materials and provide a peaceful sleep. The area of the property isn't good. It is very dirty, with a lot of garbage on the streets and sidewalks like most of Napoli's area. The breakfast is insufficient with 2 containers of cheap cornflakes and a pack of different supermarket biscuits every day along with the usual and boring toast and marmalade! The espresso machine makes enjoyable coffee though. We were 10 people and there were only 2 small bottles of water in the fridge! The property is close to Napoli's central station, about a 10-minute walk. I think that with very small changes, Rianna B&B will offer more things for positive reviews.

Dear Spyros, I'm sorry for my English but as you can well see, we are in Italy and therefore English is not my mother tongue. However, I did my best to make you feel at home, and give you all sorts of guidance. As for breakfast, you booked a B&B and not at the hotel, so everything you found is; nutella, jam, chocolate, coffee, milk biscuits, chocolate biscuits, cereals, croissants, stuffed and empty, tarts, fruit juices and milk, are the basis of Italian breakfast and the B&B in general. All this is indicated in the breakfast information, perhaps before booking he did not read them. Kind Regards

Excellent reception, very helpful and friendly staff provided us with a lot of useful information. They were also very kind in accommodating a special request regarding breakfast. Great Rianna House B&B. Very well-kept and clean. Mini bar in the room. Spacious bathroom with a very comfortable shower and bidet. Spacious room. Very convenient and spacious breakfast area. Excellent coffee (in recyclable pods). Very friendly management. Close to the center, 15 minutes; to the train station, 10 minutes; to the subway, 10 minutes on foot. Congratulations!

I stayed for two days with my boyfriend. B&B near Napoli's central station, beautiful, clean, and with every comfort. The girls are super friendly, professional, and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The visit to the city was facilitated by the convenience of the property to reach the center. The room for four people was comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. Manuela and Rosy were available for any need. Recommended.

Excellent reception, Manuela and Rosanna made us feel at home, always available. Clean, comfortable and quiet structure, located in a strategic area, close to the central station and ten minutes from the historical center. Everything ok, we definitely recommend it.

Very bright structure and above all impeccably clean. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Manuela and Rosanna, who immediately made us feel at home, showing us what to do and how to move around the city. Excellent and central location for those on foot, just a short walk from the central station. Classic Italian breakfast and a very pleasant feature, a fridge in the room which is not obvious to find! Large shower bathroom, much appreciated! Surely if we were to come back, we will return to Rianna House!

Excellent, clean, comfortable, and quiet, located in a strategic area, close to the station and a few minutes' walk from the most famous areas, Via dei Tribunali, S. Gregorio Armeno, Napoli Sotterranea. If you feel like walking, you can easily reach Via Toledo, Quartiere Spagnoli, and Piazza del Plebiscito on foot. If you are tired on the way back, the solution is simple: take the metro that will take you back in a few minutes just a few steps from the B&B. In short, everything is perfect, I will come back and I will definitely recommend it!
