The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very good with communicating when questions arose. My room had an outside private bath, and it was nice. Overall, I'd recommend it. Breakfast was provided, but I didn't get to use it, but there's no option like that in the survey.

The host was very helpful. There was a breakfast package in a cute box on the bed as well as slippers, milk and juice in the fridge, very thoughtful. The place was lovely and clean as was the combined kitchen with plenty of coffee pods.

Very nice room. Good breakfast box idea. Convenient location next to metro. The entry system worked well. Not sure what the purpose was for the person behind the desk: weren't always there, didn't do a room briefing.

We stayed in this accommodation for a friend's graduation and we had a great time. The lodging was clean and had everything necessary. In the shared kitchen, there was a washing machine, a fridge, a kettle, and a coffee machine with pods. The location is excellent, right at the B San Paolo metro station, it's a very busy area, but the room is very well soundproofed. Below, there is a bar to have breakfast (if it's not included in the room price).

I spent 1 night with my family consisting of 2 children. We had a great time, the room was very clean and the property was equipped with all the comforts we could need having 2 kids. Too bad about the bathroom! I would have loved to use the bathtub as such, but not having a functioning closure or a plug, we couldn't fill it and had to use it as a shower. Bathtub aside, I recommend it for a short stay in Rome.

Salve Tiziana grazie per la splendida recensioni. Siamo contenti che sia stato tutto di suo gradimento e abbia apprezzato pulizia e cura dei dettagli. Purtroppo siamo stati costretti a togliere il tappo della vasca perché in diverse occasioni gli ospiti hanno lasciato il rubinetto aperto con conseguenti gravi problemi al bagno e alla struttura. Le auguro una buona giornata e alla prossima Mr. Brown.

Excellent structure, located a few meters from B&B Mr Brown - San Paolo. The room is very fragrant and extremely clean, equipped with all the necessities that can be requested. Excellent reception, excellent value for money, given its location, just steps away from everything including the metro. I highly recommend it. The owner is always available for every need.

Structure in line with what can be seen in the photos, good cleanliness, a fundamental aspect in this pandemic period. Convenient parking, but the arrival of the cleaning lady 30 minutes before check-out was not very pleasant. The situation was very embarrassing as the lady arrived unexpectedly without even ringing the doorbell. Without a mask, and when asked to wear one, she replied that they were all vaccinated. Despite our emphasis on her early arrival, she started carrying out her tasks as if no one had said anything. After informing the owner, the response was 'Have a good trip and a good return', without showing concern for what happened.
