It's really a strategic location: you cross the street and you're inside Mirabilandia, so very close to all the parks... Great experience.

Fulvia and Giancarlo are wonderful 🥰.

Accommodation very close to Mirabilandia and the Zoo Safari. If you travel by plane and then use public transport, it is very easy to reach and then walk around the parks. Mrs. Fulvia is very kind; we felt pampered and spoiled. We had a great time; if we were to return, we would definitely consider staying here again for a zero-kilometer overnight stay. Thank you.

Very kind, very friendly and extremely helpful host. Ideal especially for those going to Mirabilandia, as it is located right in front of the park entrance. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the lack of a small minibar in the room and of Wi-Fi. I still recommend it.

I stayed with Mrs. Fulvia from July 25th to 27th and what can I say, she is a very kind and super helpful person, she makes you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent and abundant with plenty of choices. The location to go to Mirabilandia is simply perfect, in less than 5 minutes on foot you are in the park, highly recommended!

Strategic location, you cross the street and you are inside Mirabilandia. You look behind you and you are inside the Zoo Safari. Mrs. Fulvia, the person in charge of the BB, is very kind and ready to help you with anything you may ask, always very available. Everything is great. Thank you.

The structure is the only one adjacent to the Mirabilandia amusement park with free parking that allows you to leave your car and enjoy the fun of the park without stress. The owners, amazing, make everything easier for you, making your stay unique. Highly recommended.

The structure is very beautiful, welcoming, and very close to Mirabilandia, which was the purpose of our stay. Fulvia, the owner, was exceptional, attentive to everything, and she did not let us miss anything.

Mrs. Fulvia immediately proved to be very attentive and accommodating from the very first phone call. She and her husband are two wonderful people, dispensing excellent advice and attentive to every need. We stayed with two small children and they were super patient. I recommend it and hope to return. The location in relation to Mirabilandia and the Zoo Safari is priceless because it can be reached on foot.

A few steps from Mirabilandia where it is possible to go on foot. The owner is very kind and helpful. Room with adequate space for 4 people. Excellent cleanliness. The only downside is that the rooms are poorly soundproofed.

Fulvia, a special person. Cheerful, caring, a royal breakfast even though I was vegan, she didn't let me miss anything and pampered me like only a mother can! The room clean, tidy, bright. Without many unnecessary frills. Equipped with a safe. If I really have to find a flaw, perhaps a mini fridge would have been the icing on the cake! Highly recommended and I would love to return!

We stayed for two nights. The host was very helpful. The property is very close to two amusement parks (we went there on foot). The only downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof, so we could hear noises from the next room; for us, it was not a problem but it is not the case for everyone. I recommend it!

We rented a room for two nights. The location is very convenient if you want to visit Mirabilandia or the Safari Park. The room was clean with plenty of towels. Ms. Fulvia herself is a very sweet and friendly woman. Even though I do not speak Italian, her warmth and kindness are palpable even without knowing the language.

A thank you to Fulvia and Giancarlo who welcomed us like family and for the advice received on what to see in the area and where to eat well. Excellent cleanliness of the structure, abundant breakfast, with delicious honey and jam. Strategic location to go to Mirabilandia and Zoo Safari, both a few meters from the structure. Excellent owners. We were given a trip where we were guests at this B&B, in the utmost simplicity. Comfortable and clean room, full of all the comforts. I will surely never forget this beautiful experience. I hope to return soon, even just to say goodbye to the owners, unique people. Thank you very much again for everything.

Yes, just like that, because when we arrived, Giancarlo and Fulvia, the owners of the bed and breakfast, treated us as if we had arrived at the home of uncles, grandparents, or relatives. Fantastic, calling these two people fantastic is an understatement. We also met the rest of the family, wonderful people. Let's talk about the structure: cleanliness ten out of ten, new room. We took the Grano room with the bathroom in the room. I have two children, one ten and one four years old, with different needs, and Fulvia treated them like her grandchildren. Abundant coloring at zero kilometers, as they have a business and the products are organic, with homemade jams, honey, and much more. Let's move on to the strategic location of Agriturismo Kilometri 0, we practically walked because Mirabilandia is right in front of the bed and breakfast. Thank you, thank you to Sergio, Maria Rosaria, Sofia Pia, and Mario Pio.

The best place for those who want to spend a day at Mirabilandia and/or at the Safari Park. Basically, once you enter the property, you leave the car and walk to the parks, so you also save on the paid parking at Mirabilandia, for example. Fulvia is of unique kindness, available and with whom to engage in pleasant conversations. The property is brand new and consists of three rooms, a kitchen and a beautiful open space where you can have breakfast in the shade of the trees on nice days. My room was quite spacious with a double bed and a bunk bed. The air conditioning was excellent. The only small drawback is that the exclusive bathroom was not in the room but on the landing in front of our door (1.5 meters). The other room had it inside. The bathroom was very spacious, new, elegant and clean. The shower was a spectacle. The breakfast was amazing, with juices, homemade jams, yogurt, different types of cookies and muffins. In short, if you cannot find something that satisfies you, the problem is you. Highly recommended.

Structure a few centimeters from Mirabilandia and Mirabeach. New and very well thought out. The managers are wonderful people "from another time". Kind people. Great workers and excellent honey producers. Try it to believe it. For those who want to stay at the parks all day, there is nothing better. Do not all go in July. Leave us the place. Thank you.

Cozy place, practically in front of Mirabilandia parks. If you want, it is not even necessary to get there by car and save the parking money. The structure is under renovation, that's why I gave it only a 7, but the available rooms are comfortable and clean. The owners are practically exceptional, I felt at home. I recommend it for those who do not want to be in the city chaos, a stone's throw from Mirabilandia parks and next to the Safari zoo.

Located in a strategic location, surrounded by greenery and very convenient to reach both the safari zoo and Mirabilandia on foot, leaving the car comfortably in the internal parking lot. But what distinguishes this property most from others is the exceptional kindness, friendliness, and availability of the managers who will make you feel at home. Great, welcoming, located a few kilometers from Ravenna. I recommend it to everyone.

Certainly the most comfortable structure to reach Mirabilandia and the zoo safari on foot, but I would go back for the colors of the countryside, for Fulvia's stories, for her welcoming as if I were a longtime friend, for the peace, to enjoy the serenity of afternoons outdoors with the singing of crickets and the scents of hay. I return there like returning home!

We liked it and will definitely come back. We met Sara (Mrs. Fulvia had a commitment and couldn't be there) and I must say that we didn't miss anything, very helpful already upon our arrival (ahead of the scheduled time). The room was clean and quiet, the place a stone's throw from Mirabilandia which was our destination, the abundant breakfast outdoors under the trees, in short, everything perfect. We had a really great time. Thank you for everything.

If your destination is Mirabilandia, go without looking for anything else with Mrs. Fulvia and Mr. Giancarlo. Caring and attentive to all your needs, super breakfasts with genuine products, spacious and very clean room and ideal location.

How to feel at home.

The Bed and Breakfast is new and its location to go to Mirabilandia and Safari could not be better. The property is kind and helpful. It is under construction, so I imagine that from next season it will be even better. I hope the prices remain the same. Recommended.

The room is very clean and well-maintained. I must say that the strong point is definitely the owners of the house, who make you feel at home. Great location in front of Mirabilandia, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Mrs. Fulvia is very kind and nice, breakfasts are very abundant! A place to come back to.

I would give the hotel a nice 9. I give it a nine because the bunk bed mattresses are a bit too hard. However, everything else is perfect: breakfast is generous with plenty of croissants, the room has perfect air conditioning, the TV works perfectly, the furniture doesn't move and is well fixed, the garden is beautiful also because sometimes rabbits come. One last thing, the location of the hotel is really sensational because it is close to the famous Nickelodeon park, Mirabilandia, and also to the Safari Park where the hotel also gives you a discount and reduces the price to 20€. In practice, everything is perfect except for the top bunk bed mattress, the parking, and the slightly damaged houses. I would like to say something about the ladies who work there, I don't know the name but the one with glasses these days has done an exceptional job.

Lovely little place that you will soon love even more with an even greater offer of rooms. A strategic place to go to the surrounding parks, especially Mirabilandia and Mirabeach, and the safari zoo, easily reachable on foot because the structure is right in front of the entrance (but don't worry, it is at a proper distance so you don't hear the chaos of the rides!). Very well soundproofed structure, managers (Fulvia) and substitutes (Sara) with a unique sympathy and welcome! Also many homemade delicacies, very good various jams as well. We conveniently left the car inside. Owners and collaborators are excellent guides to recommend places where you can eat well, really well! So I feel like bringing here 3 tips: Alle Aie, a very suggestive place with a nearby nature park with various little animals and an adventure trail for all ages and daring. La Campazza where you will find excellent quality fish and super dishes and a beautiful stork park, and at Moro in Cervia (same owners as Alle Aie) where you can always eat typical Romagna food. We had a room with a bathroom in the room and we really had a great time! P.S.: very comfortable mattress. A tip for the owners? Offer a wider range of pillows, "like provide every bed with 2 pillows", one higher and one lower. Highly recommended.

5-star structure! Let's start with Fulvia, the host: a kind, friendly, helpful lady, in the most positive sense of the word! One of those people you would like to have as a friend to share some time, meals, chats, and much more... Brand new structure, excellent, strategic location, right in front of the entrance to Mirabilandia Park, perfect for us as we were heading there. My wife and I thoroughly appreciated the possibility of leaving the car and picking it up only in the evening for dinner. A nice convenience and savings as Mirabilandia's parking is definitely paid. Let's continue with the room: Immaculate is an understatement, functional bathroom with a comfortable shower box and not a "loculo" size, as sometimes happens even in the best hotels, very clean as well. Clean and fragrant bed linen, soft towels, everything perfect! The only negative point is the breakfast (included in the price): coffee, tea, fruit juices, fresh ORGANIC fruit (!) in the true sense of the word, produced on the host Fulvia's farm, biscuits, tart, homemade cake, artisanal jams (excuse the term, used to explain the genuineness), rusks, butter, hazelnuts, biscuits, and much more! You might be wondering: why negative? Because then you roll, and entering Mirabilandia rolling is not a good look! Well-maintained structure, recently renovated, located in a quiet and convenient place to visit various parks located nearby, the lady who manages the structure is very kind and helpful in making the stay very pleasant. Great for families with children.

Environment very well-kept, very clean and beautiful and the lady is truly of a unique kindness. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space and the pool being in autumn.
