Clear and effective communication with the manager, but: the room was really small, not even a chair because it physically did not fit. Excellent air conditioning and a nice terrace overlooking the countryside. Moreover, even though I knew the room did not have a private bathroom, it should have at least had a sink... The shared bathroom with another room is excessively large, with a practically unusable whirlpool and no shower support. The coffee in the morning was just enough: the milk could not be heated and the croissants (of low quality) were not restocked for the next day. Regarding the clarifications in response, they could be dismantled one by one, but I don't care; I just want to reassure the manager: I'm not coming back, calm! But I still miss the payment receipt... Thank you.

Buonasera Sig.Innocenti, premetto che le critiche sono ben accette, servono per migliorare. Ma ci terrei a puntualizzare alcune critiche,in quanto noi ci impegniamo per dare al cliente un servizio ottimo, ma: Come da lei citato vi è un terrazzo con vista non solo campagna ma anche Tivoli,Monte Gennaro,ecc., detto terrazza dotata di tavolo e sedie è in esclusiva a questa camera, Come sempre citato da lei vi è un bagno grande con doppio lavandino in muratura,non vedo il senso di istallare un lavandino in camera considerato che lei ha specificato che non vi entra neanche una sedia, ma: La vasca idromassaggio è praticabile e funzionante,la doccia non vi è il supporto fisso altrimenti dovremmo istallare la fastidiosa e esteticamente inguardabile tenda vasca,ma La colazione viene rifornita ogni mattina, abbondante e con prodotti confezionati ma di qualità,se poi qualcuno consuma di pomeriggio o sera, nulla possiamo, il latte,vi sono le tazze vi si versa il latte dentro e si pone nel forno a microonde presente vicino alla macchina del caffè, però abito qui,avete i miei recapiti telefonici, pronto a qualsiasi problematica,se la qualità delle brioches non è di suo gradimento,bastava una telefonata e indicarmi la marca delle brioches a lei gradite.pretendere che sappia i gusti in anticipo di tutti i clienti..be onestamente è chiedere troppo. Buonasera. p.s. se in futuro sceglie di ritornare a soggiornare presso la nostra struttura,le chiedo in anticipo se cortesemente evita di lasciare i suoi calzini stesi su per il balcone, non è una bella immagine per gli altri clienti e per la struttura.
