Everything was perfect, from the contact with Edoardo to the stay itself. The house is beautiful and has a garden. Many brochures are available for information. The breakfast was good and the Slovenian border is a few minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy a good Slovenian pizza. I recommend it 100%.

Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente dei termosifoni, i termosifoni erano freddi in quanto la caldaia era andata improvvisamente in blocco, avendo un impianto dedicato non abbiamo avuto alcuna indicazione in merito, bastava avvisarci (avvisiamo sempre tutti gli ospiti di interpellarci se hanno bisogno di qualcosa o c'è qualche problema), telefonandoci oppure bussando alla porta accanto (abitazione privata) ed il problema era subito risolto. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, chi viene al nostro B&B sa che si trova in una tranquilla località di campagna al di fuori dei rumori e smog della città (2 km da Savogna d'Isonzo e 6 Km da Gorizia) e pertanto ...., Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, il prezzo riportato e confermato all'atto della prenotazione comprende oltre alla camera (o camere ) prenotate l'uso esclusivo di tutto l'appartamento (circa 80 mq) che comprende due camere, una matrimoniale e una doppia con letti singoli, un salotto Relax con TV, una cucina attrezzata per la colazione ed un bagno con Vasca e doccia (l’eventuale uso dell’idromassaggio o della sauna/bagno turco interna prevede un’extra), il tutto con entrata indipendente. Ringraziando per la cortese attenzione e scusandoci ancora per l'inconveniente registratosi.

The B&B is a beautiful cottage immersed in nature. It is very convenient to visit Slovenia, the Postojna caves, Duino castle, Miramare castle, and Trieste. Moreover, there are splendid paths where you can explore caves from the Second World War. The owner is a wonderful person, friendly and very helpful. He gave us a lot of tips on our itinerary and especially pointed out the nearest Slovenian gas station where a liter of Diesel costs only €1.20! The apartment is spotless and even the shared bathroom is turned into a wellness center, so by adding an extra fee, you can enjoy a sauna and a nice massage in the whirlpool tub.

A beautiful property, with a splendid and huge shared bathroom, extraordinary cleanliness. The owners are kind and discreet, ready to give advice for visits in the surroundings and for typical restaurants. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the area between Friuli and Slovenia; in a few minutes you can reach both the Postojna caves and Trieste and the sea. When the garden we saw under renovation is finished, it will be beautiful outside too!

We had a very good experience with the hospitality. The location was good, close to the sea, a town, and the hills. The owners were very hospitable and ready to meet our needs. In conclusion, we had a very good time. We just say that the season is definitely not the best to enjoy the places.
