Very nice accommodation with a beautiful large garden. Thus also perfect for families with children. The accommodation is very clean and lovingly decorated. The owner is very friendly and if you have any questions you can contact him. The accommodation is quietly located and therefore it guarantees a relaxing vacation.

We stayed at this B&B and had a great time. The breakfast is simple but good, perfect to start the day. The host was very kind and always very helpful: when we reported a fault with the air conditioning, a technician had already come in the afternoon to fix it, a truly impeccable service. The location is ideal because it allows easy access to the area's main beaches while remaining in a quiet, private setting shared only with the other guests. From the terrace you can also enjoy a splendid sea view, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. Overall, a relaxing stay with excellent value for money. We highly recommend it and, if we return to Sardinia, we will definitely choose it again.

A beautiful structure in the heart of the countryside a few km from Olbia and San Teodoro. Rooms and structure very clean. You need to be motorized, the only drawback is that the B&B is located in the open countryside.

Excellent, the B&B is in a quiet location surrounded by an olive grove 1 km from the main road and very quiet and well-kept. New structure equipped with every comfort, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, common area for barbecue and washing machine. Host Mr. Giovanni attentive and very professional.

The structure is immersed in greenery with a beautiful view of the island of Tavolara and is 10 minutes from the sea and 15 from Olbia airport. To reach it, you need to take a slightly unpaved road, but nothing to worry about, on the contrary, it allows you to appreciate nature and wildlife. Carefully maintained in every detail, quiet, great for those seeking peace and relaxation. Compact room but really equipped with all comforts. Well-serviced structure, excellent cleanliness even in shared spaces. There is really nothing missing! Abundant breakfast. The host Giovanni is very kind, polite, precise, and helpful. Our stay was excellent. The structure is worth it, it is truly one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed at! Congratulations!

The structure is new, in a beautiful location, close to Olbia and the airport. The view from the veranda is priceless. The structure is very quiet and private. The host is super kind and available for advice and special needs. The structure has parking and a large outdoor space that is truly enchanting. The rooms are well maintained and equipped with all the necessary comforts. We will definitely recommend it. It is a must-see.

The location is not central, it is located on a little hill immersed in greenery, very nice but far from the town center, however it allows to easily reach all the beaches in the area. The room is a bit too small. For breakfast there is everything necessary. Very comfortable bed.

Beautiful structure on a hill outside the town, ideal for lovers of peace and nature. Excellent welcome from the manager Giovanni, attentive to the customer's needs and comfort. Small but comfortable and well-furnished rooms, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen also available for small snacks. Sweet breakfast with yogurt, milk, coffee, fruit juices, toast, jam and packaged products. Highly recommended, suitable for our expectations. We had a great time, we appreciated the tranquility of the countryside and admired the enchanting panorama overlooking the island of Tavolara and the Gulf of Olbia. Access from the main road is a bit challenging.

Beautiful and well-maintained place! The manager of this b&b, Giovanni, welcomed us from start to finish with kindness and generosity. He was always available to answer any questions, helping us even to recover a couple of items we had left after check-out! The place is splendid, a piece of paradise just 15 minutes by car from the center of Olbia or the airport. The room was clean and equipped and had air conditioning for the hottest moments of the day. For breakfast, in the shared kitchen, each room had a dedicated basket full of sweet pieces, bread, coffee, jams, etc. along with a place in the fridge with milk, yogurt, orange juice, and water. Every day Giovanni always made small expenses without ever letting us miss anything (fantastic cappuccino machine)! Truly a very positive and highly recommended experience!

Very positive experience. Well-kept and nicely furnished rooms. Reception and customer care are excellent, with maximum availability from the manager. Quiet location with a fantastic view, ideal for those looking for peace and a bit of detachment from mass tourism. If I have to find a downside, it's a shame that the road to reach the B&B is poorly maintained. I also recommend improving the signage.

A little gem immersed in authentic Sardinia, peace and serenity with a postcard landscape. Excellent service from the very helpful managers, small rooms but with everything essential to enjoy the stay to the fullest. \nI rated the breakfast an 8 only for the 'limit' of packaged items but the owners are available to provide anything necessary: kitchen fully equipped with any appliance to prepare a breakfast like at a bar. \nWe will be back!

The structure has recently been renovated, offering a fantastic view of the island of Tavolara and maximum relaxation as it is located outside the town center, in the countryside. The location may be inconvenient for some, as to reach it you have to travel along a somewhat uncomfortable and bumpy dirt road. Therefore, for daily trips and reaching essential services and beaches, the use of a personal vehicle is necessary and essential. Regarding the room cleaning services, what was offered in the booking was respected. Breakfast was basic with packaged food and fresh fruit every day; any special requests can still be accommodated by arranging with the manager, who is very helpful and kind. Another positive point was the availability of a washing machine and a shared kitchen (NO GAS USAGE), equipped with basic appliances to prepare a homemade meal using the multifunction microwave. Fridge and air conditioning in the rooms complete the comforts.

The property is modern and clean, recently renovated, well equipped, with a large and practical outdoor space. Excellent location, through car trips it allows you to reach the most famous beaches in northern Sardinia in a short time. Ideal for couples on vacation.
