Overall a good B&B. Very clean rooms. This is a newly renovated bed and breakfast. Friendly host. Breakfast: rather sweet, typically Italian. Parking is no problem; there is a private car park. 15 minutes from Numana on foot. Sirolo is too far to walk. Ideal for visiting the Conero area. The host speaks only Italian.

We had a lovely stay,both because of the spectacular sea of the Conero area and because of the cordial and professional hospitality of the host Mr. Bruno and his courteous wife,always ready and attentive. The offered breakfast is plentiful and varied,and the fresh eggs in the morning from their hens took us back in time. The recently renovated property is welcoming and equipped with every comfort. We highly recommend it.

We stayed a total of four nights at the property,a great stopover both for our trip to Puglia and to visit magnificent places.It was truly a discovery.Forget modern B&Bs:Mr. Bruno and his wife welcomed us into their home,making us feel pampered from the very first moment.The room was new and clean,10 minutes from the center of Numana and 15 minutes from the sea.Outside the gate there is the shuttle stop (free service) that allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches nearby (Numana-Sirolo).This place leaves you smiling and wanting to return.

We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The property is brand new,clean and tidy. There is a fenced private parking area. The location is strategic for visiting both the town center and the whole Conero area. Right outside there is a bus stop with a free shuttle that takes you to the center or the beaches. You won't find better than this. Not to mention the owner: Mr. Bruno is exceptionally kind and helpful; he made us feel as if we were at home. Breakfast was superb: fresh pastries every day and much more,thank you very much. If I ever return to Numana,I would have no doubt about booking here again. Highly recommended.

Great B&B! The room and bathroom were spotless, as was the breakfast area. Mr. Bruno deserves extra praise, he is a discreet person with infinite kindness. If I were to return to the area, calling to check availability is a must. Compliments.

The structure is equipped with all comforts: spacious rooms, top bathroom, washing machine, common area with kitchen. Mr. Bruno and his wife are always ready to meet the requests of the guests. Abundant breakfast. Strategic position, convenient to the center, reachable on foot or with shuttle bus service. Internal parking at the structure. Excellent solution for a comfortable stay.

Quiet place, close to the center of Numana. Connection to the beach via free shuttles. Very clean with ample parking. Mr. Bruno, the manager of the facility, is a truly exquisite person and always ready to welcome guests' requests. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely come back.

The structure is located on the main street, just above the town center (less than 10 minutes walk). It has only three rooms, located in a separate wing of a large semi-detached villa with a beautiful external garden. There is a lot of tranquility and privacy, and guests also have a washing machine for laundry that they can then hang in the courtyard in front of the rooms (each room has its own drying rack). The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning and a fridge (very convenient). The breakfast, mostly sweet (but you can have savory sandwiches on request), consists of a couple of sweets, rusks, biscuits, and fruit. The manager, Mr. Bruno, is a delightful person, polite, very helpful, and always ready to give advice. Definitely recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at Le Midì Conero B&B, a new, clean, quiet, and well-equipped structure. They offer services such as internal parking, an extra bathroom for guests who want to wash after the beach on the check-out day, and a washing machine for longer stays. The room was equipped with air conditioning and a mini-fridge, while the bathroom had a hairdryer, shampoo, and towels. The Bed and Breakfast's location is great. The free shuttle stop to the beaches of Numana is just a few steps away, and the center of Numana is about a 15-minute walk. Being located on one of the main streets of Numana, it is possible to reach Sirolo by car in about 10 minutes. The breakfast was super abundant. Upon our arrival, the manager promptly asked us if we preferred a salty or sweet breakfast. The next morning, we started the day with croissants, oven-baked cake, various juices, jams, Nutella, fresh fruit, etc. It was a breakfast that has nothing to envy to those of hotels. We hope to be able to return soon!

I spent 4 days at this B&B in Numana: my experience was more than positive! The room was very cozy, simple but very well-kept. The breakfast was very rich (available both sweet and savory). The location is perfect: it is located on a main street where the shuttle passes all day (free both during the day and at night) connecting to the center of Numana. Another strong point was having the parking space inside the structure's courtyard: something very difficult to find in other B&Bs in the area. But above all, the friendliness and availability of Mr. Bruno and his family every day is something that is rarely found in other places. Highly recommended!

We spent 4 days and we had a great time. The structure is brand new with spacious rooms, equipped with all comforts, internal parking. The breakfast is good and abundant. \nBut a special mention goes to Mr. Bruno for his kindness and truly exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend it.

Bruno, the manager, is very helpful and kind. The property is brand new and very clean. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. It is also very close to the center, which can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
