Kind and professional staff, too bad the structure is old and poorly maintained. The room I was assigned was very small, almost at the limit of space, the bathroom old and poorly kept as well as stingy. The location is central and strategic for exploring the city on foot, but the room prices really do not justify the overnight stay. Breakfast really limited.

Dated structure that definitely needs maintenance. Upon arrival, there was no soap in the bathroom. Breakfast nothing special, with frozen croissants and hot drinks from the automatic machine.

I booked a double bed. I ended up with 2 single beds joined together with a sheet that moved with every movement. The breakfast was poor and the buffet was not completely clean. At 9 I asked for bread and they replied that there wasn't any in a dry manner. The bathroom was narrow. It is unacceptable that the documents are left at the reception and then returned later. You register and then they are immediately given back. I do not accept the excuse of "oh this way it's quicker". No. Furthermore, the tourist tax can also be paid by credit card. It is not a cash collection of the hotel, but it is not stated anywhere that only cash is accepted. In addition, it is mandatory to have the POS and they cannot refuse payment by credit card. If I had wanted to, I could have easily called the financial police without problems. Terrible.
