The welcome and availability of Mrs. Daniela are splendid, cleanliness, comfort, and furnishings are optimal. Breakfast is super, very abundant and varied, with food also for those with special needs: highly recommended even for families!

A stay at "La poeta" is a treat that you should indulge in at least once. Daniela is fantastic, attentive, and caring, all of which is reflected in the apartment that is clean and well taken care of in every detail, even in the division of the shared spaces of the two rooms. The breakfast is more than abundant and with quality products, the outdoor spaces are also very beautiful. The icing on the cake: Daniela gifted us a pack of maccheroncini (typical of the area). It's a pity we only stopped for one night to break the journey; I would gladly return and recommend it!

The owner is super kind and welcoming! Available for any request! The structure is clean and well maintained in every detail! Used as a stopover to break the journey to Puglia! We will return! Excellent location as it is close to the highway exit!

The structure is located in a very convenient area, both for a stop on the way to Puglia and to visit the beautiful villages of the Marche. We stayed in the Iris rooms, which are very spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. The external shared bathroom is very convenient; it is located right in front of one room and next to the other. It is very large, with a spacious shower and well-furnished. Throughout the structure, such as the dining area and kitchen corner, attention to detail is noticeable. Highly recommended! Daniela, the owner, is very nice; you can feel her attention and passion in everything. Compliments!

My stay at this property was better than expected. The owner Daniela is a really nice, kind and friendly person. The property is well kept, tidy and clean. It has a location from where you can reach several interesting nearby places. For those looking for tranquility, it is the ideal place. Compliments to the owner Daniela.

Daniela was extremely courteous and helpful. She has a beautiful bed and breakfast. Well-kept and welcoming. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom and shower are truly remarkable. Abundant breakfast and very convenient parking. I highly recommend it!

A hostess so welcoming and kind, I think it's rare to find nowadays! She will transport you with her sweet stories. We recommend her with closed eyes, convenient for those heading south and wanting to break the journey. Thank you very much for her hospitality :)

Brand new facility very well located and well furnished, very clean, near the highway exit and the provincial roads that allow you to easily reach every destination in the Fermano, Maceratese, and Piceno areas, located in the middle of regenerating greenery. It is equipped with every comfort; the rooms are spacious, quiet, with equipped terrace, table, chairs, clothesline, pegs, sunshade curtain, air conditioning, and TV. The bathroom, located in front of the room, is very spacious, windowed, and well-equipped. The large kitchen and common lounge available to guests have everything: dishes divided for each room, refrigerator with zone division for each guest (an admirable detail!), oven, microwave, coffee machine and moka pot, always available for guests, infusions, tea, coffee, milk. Very abundant breakfast with delicious cakes, prepared by the owner, with attention also to intolerances, and everything you can imagine: corn flakes, muesli, cookies, snacks, rusks, jams, honey, Nutella, juices. The owner, Mrs. Daniela, is of exquisite courtesy, kindness, sympathy, and availability, making guests feel at home.

Fantastic place that allowed us to relax in the middle of a long journey. We really appreciated the availability and guidance of the manager who also organized a dinner with typical products in a nearby village. The property is detached from the main road and offers calm and relaxation in a comfortable and spotless environment.

We stayed only one night while visiting Puglia and had the pleasure of staying at this B&B La Poeta run by Daniela, a delightful person ready to make you feel at home. Impeccably clean location, super breakfast with homemade pastries. What can I say, highly recommended.

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description. Comfortable, clean and well-kept room and bathroom in every detail. Communal kitchen but organized precisely. Mrs. Daniela was very kind from the booking contacts and hospitable, she provided us with directions on the spot. Highly recommended.

The owner is helpful and kind. Very well-kept and welcoming. The rooms are really beautiful. The breakfast is rich and very good. There are no difficult roads to take. It is quite close to the center. Perhaps the air conditioner should be placed in a different position from the bed because I had the air above my head but maybe it's just my problem. Thank you to Daniela for her hospitality.
