Very kind and helpful hosts. We had a great time. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at this property in early August 2025 and our stay was very,very pleasant. The B&B is located in the historic center of Roseto,near the station,and is family-run;the owner,Mr. Roberto,is a very kind and helpful person. Casa di Filò has only a few rooms,I believe four or five,all on the first floor of the building,which have been recently renovated with care and attention. The room where we stayed,the Grecale,is very spacious and has a comfortable double bed and,if needed,a bunk bed where children can sleep. The furnishings are modern and pleasant,as are the wall decorations;we found a small fridge to store water and drinks,a TV with Sky,an open wardrobe unit (which however may have been the only downside) and a large modern bathroom with a nice glass shower. The linen was very clean and fragrant,I believe it was changed every day and,which pleasantly surprised us,the room was also cleaned and tidied daily. Well done,compliments. The breakfast area is on the second and top floor of the building;it has an indoor area but especially a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy fresh pastries and cookies provided by the host. Roberto's family,who actively help manage the B&B,assist in preparing coffee and cappuccinos using a multifunction machine of the classic hotel type. Roberto also provided us with bicycles to reach the nearby Roseto beach and so that our car could remain parked nearby;finding parking near the property in August was sometimes a challenge for us:the streets are very narrow and busy and parking spaces are almost permanently occupied by local residents,who I believe consider them a natural extension of their homes. Considering that we are talking about a B&B,in my opinion a nice one: Location: 4.5 out of 5 (the half point less is for the difficulty of parking). Services: 5 out of 5. Rooms: 4.5 out of 5 (but only regarding storage/wardrobe). Prices: 5 out of 5. Cleanliness: 5 out of 5. Courtesy and helpfulness: 5 out of 5. Enjoy your stay at this pleasant property. Vito.

Brand new structure with optimal cleaning care. Excellent breakfast. Friendly host and staff. Some problems finding free parking nearby the accommodation.
