Our stay was great, Alessandro was an amazing host, giving us useful information of the area and supporting us in some excursion arrangement. The room is very big and new, with a nice garden area. Super recommended place!! We will come surely back :)

Everything was great! From a friendly and always available host to the entire complex! The room is new, big and very clean. We stayed for a week and it was great! Italian breakfast (sweets, yogurt and fruit). And what we needed extra (like soy milk) we got without a problem. We could also borrow umbrellas and chairs for the beach, which was fantastic :) All around you can find good restaurants and beaches.

Although it was a bit chaotic at the beginning (the host apparently did not receive a notification from the website), the stay was very nice. Out of season we had the entire B&B to ourselves. Alessandro is very kind and considerate. We can really recommend this new B&B. Everything was clean and very tidy.

The accommodation is still relatively new. Alessandro, the landlord, is really very concerned about the well-being of his tenants. The contact was perfect from the very beginning. We received great and helpful tips from him! The terrace in front of the room was great. Furthermore, we would have been able to use bicycles for free - very nice!

What can I say about this wonderful Airbnb! Alexander is an exceptional host, both for his kindness and for his availability. He gave us advice from start to finish, at any hour of the day. He gave us the addresses, he booked the restaurants for us, everything was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and what can I say about the accommodation? Brand new apartment, everything was great: from the services offered to the location, very close to the center. Nearby there are many useful services. The structure is very new and well-kept, very clean. Good and abundant breakfast. Each room is equipped with a small outdoor space furnished for relaxation. And finally, Alessandro is very kind and welcoming, always available for anything. Made us feel comfortable right away. My vote is 10, I will definitely come back. I recommend it. The B&B is in a strategic position between Tortolì and Arbatax, both reachable by bicycle, and just a few minutes from the main beaches in the area. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with a comfortable veranda where you can hang clothes, relax, or eat outdoors. Alessandro is welcoming and very attentive, full of advice and always available for any needs. The price is completely competitive and we felt at home, absolutely recommended!

Modern and well-maintained structure down to the smallest details. Nothing is missing. Great location to reach the beaches in a short time. In the evening, you can reach the center of Tortolì with restaurants and bars on foot with a nice walk of maximum 10 minutes. What about Alessandro, the owner? A very friendly, very kind and very helpful person for any advice... beach, restaurant and even took care of booking a boat trip for us! I would have given him 100 votes. An exceptional person who puts his heart into what he does. We felt at home and will definitely be back next year!

What can I say... Simply fantastic! The Alexander B&B is located about 1 km from the center, in a quiet area. The location is new and super clean. The bedroom is spacious and has a small garden outside with sun loungers to relax and a clothesline. The bathroom is fabulous and super equipped. Breakfast is sweet, with fresh croissants from the bakery every morning. And the last star we assign to Alessandro, the owner. Alessandro is an exceptional person who takes care of your every need and makes you feel at home. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back here.

A splendid and long holiday 'like at home'. It was just like that, with Alessandro who tried (succeeding excellently) to meet our requests (for example: another pillow available, a wide choice of super fresh croissants from the oven in the morning). The available spaces are furnished with great taste; always clean and tidy. The beautiful garden available to each room, with sun loungers under the shade of the trees or under a beautiful gazebo (and a clothesline available with clothespins). Not to mention the various supplies always available (as soon as they were running low, Alessandro promptly replenished): bottles of water, milk and juices of all kinds, ice creams in the freezer of at least 4 types; fresh fruit always available and more. Not to forget the amazing shower-bath and superior class liquid soap. Finally, but it should be placed first, the extreme kindness and 360° availability of Alessandro, also in giving directions on the beaches, restaurants, where to rent boats/inflatable boats. This was the second year that my wife and I came. We will definitely see each other next year too! Thank youuu!

The structure is new, tastefully decorated and very welcoming. The cleanliness is accurate. We stayed in a spacious and very well-kept room with a spacious and well-kept bathroom. We also had a private garden with sun loungers, tables, and sofas for a complete relaxation. Alessandro (the owner) has always been very kind and helpful but never intrusive. The breakfast is Italian with pastries (with the possibility to choose the flavor the day before), yogurt, and fresh fruit. A guarantee! To try.

Fantastic experience, beyond expectations. Alessandro was very kind all the time (also in organizing extra activities like boat tours, recommendations on where to go, eat, etc.). Excellent property, modern, functional, and clean and just a few minutes by car from Arbatax. Great breakfast! We definitely recommend Alexander B&B.
