The accommodation was great and clean. The room has everything you need. It is quiet at night and the airport is a 10-minute drive. The host was very nice and you can easily arrange transport to the airport with him. There are a couple of good restaurants within short walking distance from the room. Il Piccolo BnB does serve breakfast. However, we needed to leave for the airport well before breakfast would be served. The BnB accommodated our need by providing us with a bag of food items to take with us on our journey.

Il Piccolo B&B is easily reachable from the airport and a quiet, cheaper alternative to an airport hotel. It is located in a charming neighbourhood easily reachable by bus and a short walk. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast had many choices and was enjoyable in a bright, cheery room. Our hosts, Danila and Constantino, made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. A great find near the airport.

Really cute, quiet, clean, and small — only two apartments, each with its own private, modern bath and a lovely shared space with fridge, microwave, etc. Danila packed breakfast for me as I had an early departure, and she also arranged a ride to the airport for a very good price. The driver was there a few minutes before the time and everything went very smoothly for an early flight. And, especially, Danila let me send my suitcase to her via Mailboxes Etc.; she received it and stored it for a week while I walked the Via Francigena. I offered to pay her to store it but she refused. She is a really exceptional hostess and the premises were clean, modern, and quiet. Also, the Tiber River is just across the street, and a grocery store is close by, as well as restaurants and other businesses. I took the Cotral bus from Terminal 1. It cost about $2 and took about 10 minutes, with another 10-minute walk (get off at the Best Western Hotel and walk from there; it is a residential neighborhood).

This property is 9 minutes from the rental car turn in at the Rome Airport. We found several restaurants in the area that are a 3 to 9 minutes drive time. We had a 1 night layover in Fiumicino before our international flight, and this was the perfect stay for us! The property owners were very helpful. The location is just 10 minutes from the airport, the owners helped to arrange the airport transfer to/from, we walked to a nice dinner in about 10 minutes, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was great. All this at a very affordable price. We were very happy to have found Il Piccolo B&B!

Constantine is a very good host. He is very friendly and helpful. He had cold water in the fridge which he offered to me, as it was a very hot day, as soon as I arrived. The room was very clean and large with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, air conditioning/heating and its own bathroom. The breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, jams, sandwiches, coffee and tea. It is 10 minutes drive from the airport and he will organise a taxi, if you require one, for you at an extra cost, which is well worth it when you arrive tired from your journey or for having to book one to take you to the airport. It is a good place to stay for 1-2 nights if you are needing to be close to the airport.

We stayed at the Il Piccolo B&B for one night prior to our flight from FCO. Very comfortable and well-furnished rooms. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had an early morning flight and the host arranged car service for us and provided "breakfast" bags to take with us. Note, the two rooms open into a common area. We were traveling with friends and had both rooms, so it worked great. May be a bit awkward if only booking 1 room and sharing space with others.

Room of the B&B in the back portion of the owners' home. You walk through their porch (and all their personal things) to get to the back entrance. The unit is meticulously clean and comfortable. Lovely covered patio overlooking the harbor. Very quiet (don't let the barking dogs or chicken coop fool you!). The unit is so quiet! Much needed rest. Great airport location but not many options for food/walking so restaurants are limited. But the location to/from airport can't be beat. Owners are very lovely, easy to speak with and helpful. If you need an inexpensive, clean, quiet preflight room, don't hesitate to book here! Breakfast was just perfect! Water/drinks/tea/coffee was much appreciated in kitchen fridge for guests, was a nice touch!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful B&B the evening before our flight home. We were greeted at the gate promptly on our late arrival around 20:00, and even had assistance bringing our rather heavy luggage up the stairs and into our room. The host explained the "rules" of the home and even showed us our shelf in the living area's refrigerator, which had both still and sparkling water available for us. We had asked that they arrange transportation for us the following morning at 06:00 for our flight and they were able to accomodate us. Due to our early departure, we could not have breakfast at the B&B, however the hosts provided us with breakfast bags to go so we could eat on our way to the airport. One of the bags included gluten free items for me since I have celiac, it was very kind! Anyone looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to stay the evening before a flight out of FCO should definitely stay at Il Piccolo. I know when we return to Rome, we will be staying here again:) Cheers!

I had been dealing with the owner since before Covid 19. She was always available and accommodating. She assisted with a shuttle from and to the airport. The property was clean and updated. Restaurants for dinner were nearby. Since I had a 5:30 am pickup they even sent me with a bag of food for later. I would stay there again with future travel.

Cute little B&B in a residential area very close to the airport. Not like your typical American B& B presentation. Several restaurants within walking distance. Need taxi or bus to sightsee, but we just needed a night before our flight back home. Very clean and updated. Only two rooms, and the other was empty, so we had the upstairs to ourselves. Sitting area with kitchen/eating area, gives you room to lounge on the couch instead of being cooped up in the bedroom. Breakfast was nice, juices, yogurt, croissants, granola, fresh fruit salad, cereal and milk etc. No hot items, such as eggs, but very tasty and well presented. Lots of little touches. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Even arranged taxi from cruise port to B&B and again in the morning to the airport. Made things easier for us! Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We would recommend this location.

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts. Great communication. We had to leave at 4:45 am, and Constantino had a bagged breakfast ready for us. They also arranged for a ride to the airport which was much less expensive than a taxi. The center of town is about a mile away. We walked all the way to the end of the pier and got to watch some of the fishing boats come in and sell their catch. Such a pleasant experience after the chaos of Rome.

This property is wonderful. Very clean, with lots of space including a lovely covered balcony, ample kitchen/dining/sitting area and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had more than you would expect in a B+B, with a kettle, coffee, microwave, lots of dishes, and fridge. There is also a small patio with plants, table and chairs that would be fantastic in good weather. Wonderfully located for anyone wanting to be near the airport, the train to Rome, and the attractions of Fiumicino. Very close to the harbor for walks and restaurants. Very secure. Free parking. The host was lovely. Provided a plentiful breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants and toast. This was the PERFECT place for two couples. I think you could also rent one of the rooms and share the common space? If you were to do this, the room doors are very secure and the rooms both have plenty of space, with beautiful bathrooms, desk and closet in the room, and individual radiators for all spaces (including the bathroom!). The outside balcony is accessed from one of the rooms.

Stayed for one night before a flight. The entire property was very clean, looked new and the design was lovely. Easy communication and check-in with Costantino who speaks good English. Due to a very early morning flight, I decided to stay at this Bed & Breakfast. At first, I thought it was inconvenient not being in the center of the city of Rome. But upon arriving at the B&B, I quickly changed my mind! I immediately felt at home and very comfortable. The room is very clean, cozy, and secure. It has a balcony overlooking the river, which is very relaxing. They helped me rent a car service for the next morning, and upon leaving, they had breakfast ready for me. I found this to be a very nice and kind gesture, besides the breakfast was delicious! Next time, I would like to stay longer and enjoy more of the city of Fiumicino. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay close to the airport.

I stayed at the Piccolo B&B for just one night for a competition at the Fiera di Roma and I couldn't have made a better choice! Everything was perfect: the gentleman who welcomed me was super kind and helpful, making me feel immediately at home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the stop that goes directly to the fair, with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fantastic: at 7 in the morning I found everything ready and fresh. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail: everything top-notch. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this B&B near the airport and we had a great experience. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. I had requested a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised by the wide selection offered. A truly rare and appreciated attention. On the day of departure we were supposed to call a taxi to reach the airport, which is 5 minutes away, but Danila, with great generosity, offered to drive us there personally. A gesture that shows how much they care about the guests' well-being. Highly recommended for those looking for hospitality, convenience and a service attentive to details.

One thing that immediately stands out is the almost familial welcome. The owner of the property, very kind, shortly after greeting us took us to our room, where a noticeable scent of cleanliness predominates. Inside there is everything needed to make our stay extremely pleasant (albeit brief). The next day we were driven to the airport by the shuttle service and, just as kindly, despite the time, breakfast was offered to us because we would not have been able to have it at the property. Rating 10 because you cannot give a higher score. Highly recommended.

I stayed one night with my partner for a competition near the Rome fairgrounds and it was an excellent choice for us. Honest value for money. The room had essential space: a double bed with bedside tables, a small wall niche for a wardrobe, a small table, a chair and an armchair, a bathroom with a shower and a covered terrace overlooking the garden and the riverfront. With a pleasant walk along the riverfront you reach the sea where there are also bars, shops and restaurants. The property relies on a very convenient private transfer at fair prices. It is a good solution for those looking for a quick stop, close to the airport (reachable by bus, taxi or transfer) or near the fair (I used the transfer), but also a small "center" to have dinner or take a walk. Perfect breakfast, very helpful management, nothing was missing in the room (there were also cotton buds, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste), quiet area without traffic or noise, so we rested peacefully. We arrived at Roma Termini and then took a bus for 9 euros per person to Fiumicino town; in five minutes on foot we reached the property. On the morning of the competition the host called the transfer that took me to the fairgrounds. At the end of the competition the transfer picked up my partner on the seafront, they came to the fair area and finally took us to Fiumicino airport where we took the bus to Termini. All for only 40 euros. If I pass the competition, I would use this same property for the other tests. Who knows.

The owner was very kind, he even brought our suitcases to the room. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. In the bathroom we also found complimentary items. The breakfast is good and varied, I particularly enjoyed a delicious fruit salad made exclusively with fresh fruit. It is easily reachable also by a Cotral coach that departs from Fiumicino, without the need for expensive taxis: you only spend €1.10 per trip. Recommended.

Great location, ideal for those arriving or leaving from Fiumicino airport and need a place to stay for a night. Easily accessible by very cheap public bus. Host very helpful, as I had to take the bus early in the morning, he arranged to slightly advance the opening of the breakfast buffet. Much appreciated.

Excellent structure from every aspect that can be observed. The manager is very kind and the guest feels perfectly comfortable from the immediate arrival. We had to leave the structure well before the scheduled breakfast time due to our flight and the manager prepared a basket for us to take with us. The structure is optimally positioned in relation to Fiumicino airport. It does not have private parking.

Excellent The Little B&B, modern style, well-kept, very clean and in a perfect location for those who need to catch a flight to Fiumicino. Just 5 minutes by car and you reach the terminal. The manager is a very helpful, caring person attentive to details. Our flight was very early in the morning and he got up with us to give us a takeaway breakfast with a very fresh and much-appreciated fruit salad. Despite being a B&B, the bathroom essentials were well-stocked with everything, even a toothbrush. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful room, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The perfect bathroom, with a very well-stocked courtesy set. Kettle with various teas, chamomile, and coffee to use freely, along with a small sweet treat (which we greatly appreciated!). In the breakfast room fridge, there are water and fruit juices available for use whenever you want. The hosts allow you to take away breakfast if you can't have it on-site, and it's super abundant! Packaged croissants, juice boxes, and sandwiches made by them! A very kind and much-appreciated gesture. Maximum friendliness and availability from the host, who allows check-in until 11 pm and check-out from 3 in the morning. Perfect for those who need to go to the airport before dawn. Absolutely positive experience and highly recommended!

Non credo che alle 5 del mattino una colazione a portar via con succhi d'arancia, tramezzini, dolci e prodotti senza glutine (come richiesto) meriti un 6.
