Slightly out of the center but you can quickly get to the center. The owner is extremely helpful, as well as his partner who runs the cafeteria downstairs where you can have breakfast. A very good choice to stay for a few days, you can easily reach the places of interest.

Ci siamo trovati bene, anche con il proprietario. Peccato che la stanza fosse molto fredda! Gli avevo anche chiesto una coperta in più e mi ha risposto che non era sicuramente necessaria. Lo split non funzionava ed è una grave pecca agli inizi del mese di gennaio. Capisco il risparmio, il controllo dell'energia, ma è stato davvero un peccato perché il resto andava più che bene. Dovessi tornarci, mi accerterei prima dell'impianto o andrei nei mesi più caldi!

Salve Signra Daniela, la coperta aggiuntiva mi ricordo di averglela data, e mi ricordo di avervi detto che in quei giorni (se anche era i primi di gennaio), erano comunque giorni con una temperatura molto sopra la media, mi spiace che il condizionatore non funzionava, ma essendo io in struttura poteva dirmelo anche con un messaggio e avrei risolto di sicuro il problema in pochi minuti, purtroppo molti ospiti cambiano le impostaioni del telecomando, e per l'ospite sucessivo risulta poi non utilizzabile al meglio! Un caro Saluto e l'aspetto ancora nella mia struttura. Saluti Marco!

Excellent facility, normally at least a bottle of water is given to you, not in this case. But you can easily overlook it.

Strategic location for those traveling on foot or by public transport: 5 minutes from the main bus stops, from which you can reach both the beaches (Poetto) and the station and the historic center! Also close to the urban center of Cagliari (San Benedetto market area), very easy to reach on foot. The manager Marco was very helpful and provided us with valuable information to enjoy our stay in Cagliari. The structure has an elevator and a spacious room with an attached large balcony. I recommend it!

Great solution for a comfortable and short stay, close to the city center; about 15-20 minutes from the airport and the same time from the sea (by bus, about ten minutes by car). Very clean, very comfortable and large bed; small but very clean bathroom, with all the necessary amenities, modern and perfectly functioning shower. Very kind manager, helped us a lot with the arrangements during our stay.

Great location for those attending events at the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, the area is well served, the manager is attentive and helpful, but the price turned out to be surprisingly different from what was agreed.
