The Rocca dell'Innominato is located in the picturesque historic center of Chiuso, a fraction of Lecco that takes inspiration from the famous works of Alessandro Manzoni, particularly from "The Betrothed". This charming structure is situated at the foot of the remains of the Castle of the Unnamed, creating an atmosphere of enchanting history and beauty that surrounds the guests.

The three elegant accommodations, two double rooms and one triple room, are embellished with exposed wooden beam ceilings and offer spacious private bathrooms equipped with all comforts, including a hairdryer. Each accommodation enjoys a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Como, inviting moments of relaxation and contemplation. The presence of a flat-screen TV ensures entertainment and comfort during the stay.

Very nice B&B near Lecco, in a historic building from the 16th century, in the heart of a small village. The interior of the rooms has been renovated, very clean and comfortable: the kitchen is open with a shared fridge, allowing you to keep your belongings cool. The breakfast is typically Italian, with plenty of sweet options (cakes, cookies, nutella, bread...) but also toast and ham. You can reach the lake beach in a few minutes, but getting to Lecco is more complicated if you don't have a car: you can take a bus or the train (15-20 minutes on foot). I recommend renting a bike at the Rivabella campsite, as there is a cycle path along part of Lake Como.

We stayed 4 nights in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, and partially freshly renovated. Breakfast is Italian, with many sweet components, but there was also ham. Unfortunately, everything was packaged in plastic and very cheap, no fresh items, like maybe fruit. The capsule coffee machine was a disaster and again garbage. Points are deducted for the non-working air conditioning. If I rent a room with air conditioning, it should be usable. It certainly is not up to the operator to decide that 22 degrees are not too warm for sleeping, but solely up to me as a guest. After all, I am also paying for this and can expect that the air conditioning is usable when I want it, and not just in July, as we were told.

Mi dispiace molto per la recensione che avete lasciato perché non rispecchia lo standard della nostra struttura. Il giudizio relativo alla colazione è puramente soggettivo, e mi permetto di dissentire sul fatto della qualità perché sono tutti prodotti di ottima qualità. La macchina del caffè è un NESPRESSO con cialde, conosciuta in tutto il mondo per la sua qualità quindi non comprendo perché l'avete definita un disastro. Relativamente all'aria condizionata, siete stati gli unici a lamentarvi per la temperatura che assolutamente non necessitava di aria condizionata, in quei giorni le temperature esterne erano di 17/22 gradi ed all'interno di 20/22 gradi, vi ho suggerito di aprire le finestre cosi come hanno fatto gli altri ospiti e nessuno si è mai lamentato anziché rimanere tutto il giorno chiusi in camera con le finestra chiuse, non mi avete chiesto piu nulla quindi ho dedotto che la soluzione andasse bene, ribadisco come per tutti gli altri ospiti. L'aria condizionata per buon senso si utilizza quando le temperature sono più alte non con 22 gradi.

The only flaw, if you want to find one, is the staircase. Too steep and narrow, especially for carrying luggage. Unfortunately I'm not a kid anymore.

Well-kept structure. It lacks the daily freshness of the breakfast products. The location is not optimal for finding restaurants or taverns in the evening without having to drive too many kilometers.

Andrea was really kind in welcoming us earlier than the check-in time, he provided us with very useful indications about the places in Lecco. The room was large, comfortable, clean with the possibility of full heating control. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a sports event nearby, so we had some difficulty with parking. However, a good experience that we feel like recommending.

The only flaw I found was the blood-stained sheet. The owner immediately responded and showed me where I could find clean sheets. Even the bathroom mat was not really clean. Otherwise, everything is fine.

We stayed in the Renzo room, very romantic and well cared for in every detail, just like the entire structure. The entrance, the relaxation area, the breakfast, and the stairs were well cared for. The area was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom nice and essential. It was a shame to have stayed only one night.

We had a wonderful weekend in Lecco, and "Rocca dell'Innominato" was a reason to define it as such. We had maximum independence thanks to remote check-in, a very useful logistical support for storing the bike as well as receiving other small attentions from the owners (e.g., calling to coordinate the arrival time, indicating some places where we could eat), all in a quiet environment, very well-kept for cleanliness and details (it seemed freshly whitewashed), which reflected our taste. The free buffet breakfast (times from 6 to 10) allowed us to organize our day well. Despite the very hot days, we slept well at night without suffering from the heat. RECOMMENDED!
