The six rooms, furnished with modern design and equipped with cutting-edge comforts, invite relaxation. This is a great little guesthouse in a convenient neighborhood not far from the station and central to many nice restaurants. Family run, the staff is very helpful, kind, and concerned that your stay is pleasant. In an old building recently fully renovated, the rooms are clean and fresh. Tastefully and simply done, while it is an economic guesthouse, it does not feel at all cheap or plastic. Beds are really comfortable - good mattresses, extra covers, great showers, with plenty of hot water. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are passing through Chiavari.

Paolo is a very attentive host. He fulfills breakfast wishes and recommends places to visit, tours, and restaurants. For breakfast, you could ask if eggs were desired. My only negative point is the location: the small street Via B. Turio serves locals as a passage and the motorcycles are very loud in the narrow street. My room faced the street, but there are also rooms on the opposite side. The insect screens on the windows already had some holes, but they did their job well.

The Piccolo Borgo is a real discovery. Perfectly located, right in the center and not far from the sea, yet super quiet. Paolo and Francesca are very kind hosts, helped us with tips and prepared a lovely breakfast every morning. Even our dog was warmly welcomed. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, with a good bed, a chic bathroom with a rain shower. All brand new. And Chiavari is a real hidden gem, a beautiful city on the Mediterranean Sea. We will gladly come back!

I stayed at Piccolo Borgo from September 9th to 21st. The structure has been recently renovated. It is located near the historic center and the train station. The room is very clean. The breakfast is very abundant. Paolo is very helpful in every aspect.

I stayed at Piccolo Borgo for a weekend and it was a pleasant discovery. It is a brand new structure and, in its small size, it has all the necessary comforts. It is located in a strategic area, close to the narrow alley and a few hundred meters from the station and the beaches. The room is extremely clean in every detail. Paolo is super helpful with every request. We will definitely come back!
