The apartment finely renovated in 2022 consists of kitchen, living room, bathroom and, in the loft, the sleeping area.

The house is comfortable for free spaces thanks to a simple and beautiful decor.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, sink, microwave.

A comfortable sofa bed to relax after a day dedicated to visiting the beautiful city of Modica.

The spacious bathroom also has a large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

And then the highlight of Casa Maria is the comfortable bed.

The location is very convenient to walk to the cathedral of San Giorgio or the belvedere Pizzo.
