We stayed for a short family holiday during the Epiphany period, that is in the low season. The location is excellent: you can visit many towns with little travel. Unfortunately, the breakfast times were not respected and the rooms were never cleaned. I agree with changing the linens every three days, but at least some cleaning could have been done. All in all, the property is convenient for the location, but it lacks care.

We were a family of six and slept in four beds with a set of four pillows. Breakfast had been prepared on a table for four people. It seemed as if two members of the family did not exist.

Gentile Sabino, riteniamo doveroso precisare alcuni aspetti affinché la recensione rispecchi correttamente quanto avvenuto. Al momento della prenotazione era stato chiaramente indicato che la sistemazione scelta era una camera quadrupla; proprio per questo motivo il prezzo applicato era inferiore rispetto alla soluzione con due camere, che avrebbe comportato un costo diverso. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, il tavolo era stato regolarmente apparecchiato per sei persone. Considerando che gli spazi sono quelli tipici di un B&B e non di una sala ristorante, l’organizzazione è stata fatta nel miglior modo possibile. Inoltre, sono stati forniti cuscini aggiuntivi, che tuttavia non sono stati utilizzati, circostanza che rende poco comprensibile l’osservazione relativa alla dotazione. Precisiamo infine che qualsiasi esigenza o disagio avrebbe potuto essere segnalato durante il soggiorno, permettendoci di intervenire immediatamente, come siamo sempre disponibili a fare. Very good value for money. The only drawback is perhaps the location of the property: it is on a busy road and you have to wait at least five minutes to get onto the carriageway. Overall the property is very good; the host is helpful and the accommodation is clean. The shower is excellent and very large for this type of lodging.

I stayed 2 nights in this property with my family on June 26-27, very welcoming, well maintained and very clean. The room and bathroom are large. The breakfast is abundant. Mrs. Clementina is kind and helpful. Although the property is located on the main road, it is quiet and well soundproofed. The location is very convenient, 5 minutes from the Safari Zoo and about 20 from Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni. There is plenty of space to park the car in the courtyard. I recommend it.

We stayed for just one night. We had a great time, it was comfortable, clean and quiet, with all the comforts and very close to the zoosafari, 6 minutes by car. It is a strategic place to visit Alberobello and Polignano as well. If I were to go back to that area, I would choose to stay again at B&B Il Faso. I recommend it.

The structure is very welcoming, maximum cleanliness and hospitality. There is a very comfortable room available for breakfast and leisure. We arrived in the evening as agreed with the owner who informed us about the self check-in. Upon our arrival, over 15 people, including adults and children, were having dinner on the common porch, taking up all the common spaces with their belongings. Since it is a B&B with 3-4 rooms, they were definitely friends of friends. There was even a camper in the parking lot. Embarrassed, we found our room and barricaded ourselves inside. I notified the owner who, with great nonchalance, postponed our concerns to the next day. The room was old, especially the bathroom, which was not very usable. The common area offered zero privacy. The next day, we met the owner who, almost annoyed by the message from the previous day, didn't even apologize. She explained a couple of things about breakfast and had us make the payment. The cheerful company had left, and at least on the second night we could sleep. At least we tried since the structure is on a very busy road, and with the windows open, it is impossible to close our eyes. But let’s get to the height of indifference. The next morning, while I loaded the car, my four-year-old son slipped on the wet floor, which the lady had cleaned, in the common entrance. I rushed to help him while he cried in an apparently empty structure, but as I headed towards the room, I found her unfazed, cleaning the adjacent room, without even bothering to offer any help. A simple gesture would have sufficed. Do you need ice? And it does not end there. After ten minutes, she left without even saying goodbye, and I had to run after her to ask where to leave the keys. Speechless.

Quindi ricapitolando lei dalla mia struttura si aspettava dei servizi (come parcheggio privato, spazi non comuni, babysitter, camera o appartamento solitario e con molta privacy ecc), che io chiaramente non ho come si evince dalla descrizione e dalle foto, invece tutto il contrario perché nella mia struttura vige la regola della condivisione degli spazi esterni, perché conoscere ed interagire con nuova gente non fa' mai male! Di nuovo buona vita.

B&B The Faso is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Fasano zoo. It is located in a strategic point a few kilometers from various tourist destinations in the area. The structure is nice, we had a good time, even though there are some things to improve, the garden is very nice and my kids had a lot of fun playing outside, the owner is very kind and helpful, immediately ready to give you directions and info.

The location of the property is perfect for visiting the neighboring cities. Within a 20-minute drive you can reach Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, etc. There is a parking available inside the courtyard, very convenient and perfect in every aspect. We had a great time during our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit that area of Puglia.

Excellent B&B located in a strategic position, away from the chaos but easy to reach the most popular destinations in the Valle D'Itria and the coast. I stayed with my partner for a 'Christmas' weekend. We really liked the location and the friendliness of the owner. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. The property is located 4 minutes from the Zoo Safari, 7 minutes from Locorotondo, and 14 minutes from Alberobello. I would say it's the top. Would I go back? Absolutely.
