The place is clean. Two rooms closed, you'll have a bedroom and a room for breakfast (not a kitchen, not possible to cook, but with fridge and a coffee machine). So basically a whole apartment for you. Everything is clean and nice-looking. There is a loud building site right now (summer 2023) outside, so no long sleeps. Worth mentioning: There is a video camera in a hallway (about which the host didn't tell in advance). That was a bit creepy to notice. Also a bummer: the host accused us of stealing air freshener (!), which we just put in a cupboard, 'cause it was too smelly for us. He said sorry afterwards, but still the communication was not nice.

Gentile Natalia, grazie per la sua recensione, ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non sia stata del tutto positiva e questo ci stimola a fare meglio. Vorrei evidenziare che i lavori che vi hanno disturbato riguardano un altro complesso, estraneo alla struttura e per il quale non ho alcuna possibilità di intervenire, trattandosi di un edificio appartenente ad un ente pubblico. Per quanto concerne la telecamera, presente solo nel corridoio, la sua presenza è ampiamente documentata e motivata come da normativa italiana vigente mentre per quanto riguarda la cucina le ricordo che in Sardegna i B&B ufficiali, come il mio, non possono somministrare pasti e possono fornire esclusivamente "letto e colazione". Cordiali saluti.

Beautiful experience. Gianluca welcomed me with great kindness. The room was very comfortable and with beautiful furnishings. The bathroom was very functional and efficient. The hairdryer was fantastic. Everything was very clean and tidy! Finally, I had requested the possibility of having lactose-free and gluten-free breakfast... everything I needed was provided to make me comfortable. Additionally, I mention the availability of pizzerias, steakhouses, and food shops within a few meters, very useful in case of need for meals.

The structure, although located in an old building, is quite modern, very clean, and tidy. The bedroom is spacious, but unfortunately, the beds are not exactly the best. The coffee table in the living room is a bit small for three people. The only truly negative note is the breakfast. It is just sufficient and not of excellent quality. Overall, however, it is very good; the managers are kind, and the location is excellent.

The reception by Mr. Gianluca was excellent, as we were passing through Cagliari we found the structure comfortable as it is quite close to the port, excellent cleanliness, to be redone.
