Very good location, one minute from the Supermarket Coop, near the center of Luino, 5 minutes from the lake, on the border with Switzerland, there is a bus Autopostale from Luino Station to Ponte Tresa (CH) in 24 minutes. \n\nMrs Maria, the owner of the B&B, is very nice, very helpful and friendly.

Room as shown in the photo, very clean B&B. The only negative point concerns the breakfast. I would find it correct to modify the description because it does not match at all. There was no homemade cake, nor fresh bread, fruit or yogurt and cereals, let alone something savory as indicated on the B&B's page.

Buongiorno signora Barbara siamo in piccola struttura e quindi, per problemi di sprechi, andiamo incontro ad ogni esigenza dei nostri clienti su richiesta. Forniamo colazioni dolci, salate, senza glutine, senza lattosio e particolari richieste. Quando abbiamo invece qualche problema di gestione forniamo al posto della colazione un voucher da spendere al bar “fior fiore” della Coop dall’altra parte della strada.

The position is truly excellent. Mrs. Maria is impeccable and very kind. The only drawbacks are that the parking is not on the premises, although it is very close, and especially, as often reiterated to Mrs. Maria, the lack, which unfortunately during this period would have been useful, of air conditioning, even though there is a fan.
