Beautiful room. Very new and modern. There was a coffee machine and water in the fridge. Spotless. Wonderful location. The staff were kind and helpful. Fantastic value for money. I gave everything a 10 because it was not possible to give more.

Unfortunately, when I booked, they only had space in the economy room, which is a bit dated but very clean and equipped with both air conditioning and a mini-fridge (not taken for granted, given the price of the room). The location is very convenient, both for the local bars and restaurants (which are located right in the parallel street) and for the marina where the excursions to Asinara depart (only 10 minutes on foot) and we never had parking problems, even though we stayed at this property during the last weekend of July, at the end of the street there is parking with several parking spots. The only thing I want to point out is that the property is really very close to where live music events are organized, which can therefore be heard from the room.

Ci fa piacere che abbia trovato comodo il parcheggio e che la vicinanza ai locali e all’imbarco per l’Asinara sia stata per voi un punto di forza. Precisiamo che la nostra Guest House si trova all’interno di una delle case più antiche di Stintino, la prima ad essere adibita a struttura ricettiva nel paese, mantenendo ancora oggi parte del suo fascino originale. Questo comporta, in alcuni casi, camere dallo stile più semplice, ma sempre curate e dotate di comfort essenziali come aria condizionata e minifrigo. Per quanto riguarda la musica dal vivo, la nostra posizione centrale permette di vivere appieno l’atmosfera estiva di Stintino; tuttavia comprendiamo che possa talvolta comportare un po’ di vivacità serale. Everything is fine. Very central, the only small downside is that the hot water sometimes comes out boiling and cannot be cooled down. Other than that, we were happy.

Stintino is an expensive area. This is the least expensive place identified in September. It is clean. There is little interaction with the managers. Breakfast is not included. At their bar, the croissants and coffee are good.

A two-star hotel, with terrible breakfast. Nothing is made with care, everything is shabby. It is very expensive for what it offers. However, it is not a bed and breakfast.

Well-maintained and clean structure in the center of Stintino, rooms and bathrooms furnished with everything necessary. Normal breakfast, perhaps the only small downside is to arrange the breakfast room in a less chaotic way. For the rest, I recommend it.

The room in which we slept was quite cramped, on a raised floor, with a window overlooking the sidewalk and street (so much so that we didn't open the shutters), quite noisy. However, clean. The feeling is like entering a private home, the host not particularly welcoming, albeit polite.

Chi viene da noi sa che trova un ambiente familiare in un contesto professionale. La nostra accoglienza è discreta e professionale. La camera rispetta tutti i requisiti minimi, ed è offerta a prezzi impareggiabili. Purtroppo soggiornare in paese presenta vantaggi e svantaggi che bisogna pesare bene prima di soggiornare.
