Description
The “Butterfly” Bed & Breakfast
is situated in Bagnoregio, Saint Bonaventure's birthplace. Bagnoregio is located half-way between Orvieto and Viterbo, which are respectively 18 km and 27 km far from the village. Bolsena Lake is only 10 km far away and it only takes an hour to reach Rome (100 km far), either by A1 or by the State route Cassia. At about 1 km away the tourist can admire and experience the intense and charming atmosphere of Civita di Bagnoregio, a characteristic medieval village immersed in a blooming nature and surrounded by the peculiar Valle dei Calanchi (argillaceous gullies, whose aspect and form undergo continual changes and crumbling due to wind and rain).

The “Butterfly” Bed & Breakfast is a new building located near public sports facilities (tennis courts, athletics tracks, football grounds) and it consists of bright, independent rooms with private bathrooms; some of them also offer living room and TV. Furthermore, our guests can make use of our private parking. We serve a breakfast garnished with typical local products.

Our guests can enjoy their stay in peace and quiet, far from the noise of traffic, and they can breathe the fresh, healthy breeze of our hills in the four rooms: MELITEA, ANANEA, LYCAENA and CHILDRENA.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very clean, spacious and confortable B&B near the center of Bagnoregio (5 minutes on foot). We had a great week and had the chance to enjoy real good breakfasts. Highly reccommended!

We stayed at this property for two nights. The manager is a kind and helpful lady, the property is located in a strategic position to visit the surrounding areas such as Orvieto, Bolsena, etc... and is a 15-minute walk from Civita, in a quiet and residential area. There is private parking available under the property, the rooms and premises are clean, no issues in our room, which was spacious with a large new bathroom. The buffet breakfast is pleasant, served by the owner, with homemade sweets and also savory options; there is a great variety of food. Highly recommended!

Well-maintained and clean facility, good and plentiful breakfast. Ms. Anna was very kind and helpful. The location is good, on foot it's a fifteen-minute walk from the central square of Bagnoregio and 40 minutes from the viewpoint. By car, it only takes a few minutes. If we return to Bagnoregio, we will definitely book here!

We had a great time. The location is a good half hour walk to get to Civita. The room was really spacious with a fridge in the room and a large bathroom. The landlady was really kind and helpful in assisting us and with a very good breakfast with local products. We highly recommend it!

Ho soggiornato solo un giorno in questa struttura e tutto è andato bene. Ambiente molto curato e pulito. Il B&B si trova inserita in un contesto non molto bello ma è a un passo da Civita di Bagnoregio e a 10 minuti dal lago e dal paese di Bolsena

Camera accogliente, pulita, ordinata, in nuova struttura, zona silenziosa Gradito il parcheggio privato. Civita si può raggiungere a piedi con una camminata attraversando il centro di Bagnoregio in circa 15/20 minuti. Molto gentile la proprietaria, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Colazione abbondante con torte casalinghe e paste fresche. Tutto perfetto. Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte al B&B e posso dire che siamo stati benissimo. Disponibilità di parcheggio. Locali nuovi e ampi e soprattutto ben riscaldati. Colazione ottima sia per adulti che per bambini (le brioches alla nutella hanno avuto un gran successo). Una soluzione ideale per famiglie numerose.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è nuova e la posizione è strategica per visitare l'alta Tuscia viterbese, la colazione è spettacolare con dolci fatti in casa preparati dalla proprietaria, i gestori sono stati accoglienti e gentilissimi. Che dire? Innanzitutto, le stanze: davvero belle, molto colorate e pulitissime. Il posto è stupendo, ed è molto comodo se si vogliono visitare i dintorni. Anche la padrona di casa è molto gentile ed ospitale, e sa tutto quel che c'è da sapere sui luoghi da visitare. Impagabile la vista su Civita di Bagnoregio! Infine, un plauso speciale alla colazione, che era... Beh, era formidabile. Potrei scrivere pagine e pagine sulla colazione. Per concludere, se mai dovessi tornare a Bagnoregio non avrei dubbi su quale B&B scegliere!

Siamo capitati in questo B&B per caso e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, la nostra stanza era meravigliosa e pulitissima, poi della colazione che dire..buonissima ed abbondante!!! se capitate da queste parte dormire al B&B Butterfly è d'obbligo! Grazie alla Signora Anna Maria. È stata accogliente, ci ha preparato un'ottima e abbondante colazione con dolce fatto in casa ed è stata disponibilissima ma molto discreta. La camera ed il bagno erano pulitissimi e la struttura è adeguatamente riscaldata. La mattina ci siamo svegliati con il canto degli uccellini! (il B&B si trova in un luogo silenzioso).
