Each environment is enhanced by special attention to detail and equipped with air conditioning, creating an ideal retreat for those wishing to escape the daily chaos.

Just one kilometer away is the legendary Civita di Bagnoregio, an enchanted medieval village, seemingly suspended in time and perfectly integrated into an extraordinary natural landscape, characterized by the famous clay hills of the Valle dei Calanchi. Here, the sounds and scents of nature prevail, offering a unique sensory experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. The proximity to culturally significant destinations like Orvieto, 18 km away, and Viterbo, 27 km away, further enriches the tourist offerings of the area. Kindness, availability, welcoming, in addition to the rooms perfectly in order and very clean, excellent and abundant breakfast with everything you need. Large parking area and also a garage for motorcycles. We found no defects. We were fully satisfied. We will definitely return.

We found a very clean, quiet, and comfortable room (there were four of us). Mrs. Anna Maria and her husband were very kind, courteous, and helpful. Abundant breakfast with a fantastic view of the woods. Great starting point to visit Civita di Bagnoregio, but also Orvieto and Sant’Angelo.

We stayed at this property for two nights. The manager is a kind and helpful lady, the property is located in a strategic position to visit the surrounding areas such as Orvieto, Bolsena, etc... and is a 15-minute walk from Civita, in a quiet and residential area. There is private parking available under the property, the rooms and premises are clean, no issues in our room, which was spacious with a large new bathroom. The buffet breakfast is pleasant, served by the owner, with homemade sweets and also savory options; there is a great variety of food. Highly recommended!

Well-maintained and clean facility, good and plentiful breakfast. Ms. Anna was very kind and helpful. The location is good, on foot it's a fifteen-minute walk from the central square of Bagnoregio and 40 minutes from the viewpoint. By car, it only takes a few minutes. If we return to Bagnoregio, we will definitely book here!

We had a great time. The location is a good half hour walk to get to Civita. The room was really spacious with a fridge in the room and a large bathroom. The landlady was really kind and helpful in assisting us and with a very good breakfast with local products. We highly recommend it!

I stayed only one day in this accommodation and everything went well. Very well-kept and clean environment. The B&B is located in a not very nice setting but is a stone's throw from Civita di Bagnoregio and 10 minutes from the lake and the town of Bolsena.

What can I say? First of all, the rooms: really beautiful, very colorful and spotless. The place is stunning, and it is very convenient if you want to visit the surroundings. The landlady is also very kind and welcoming, and knows everything there is to know about the places to visit. The view of Civita di Bagnoregio is priceless! Finally, a special mention goes to the breakfast, which was... Well, it was amazing. I could write pages and pages about the breakfast. In conclusion, if I ever return to Bagnoregio I would have no doubts about which B&B to choose!
