Nicola and his family were the best hosts you could wish for. Despite being a little way out of the city, they drove us everywhere we needed to go. The room was immaculate and the cake he made for breakfast was delicious. We will stay again and recommend this highly.

Excellent B&B. Nicola was a great host. Rooms were the best. Is really setting the bar high. Notes: Easy transport (bus no. 33) to the city centre. (Last bus back is at 2330hrs (164 in front of the amphitheatre.) Download the bus app as advertised on the bus. (app is Ticket Bus Verona.). Look out for the cranes (bird kind) on the way to the bus stop. And don't forget to buy fresh fruit from the stall on the way out.

Very warm welcome, the owners are very kind, caring, and give many suggestions on things to do (including a very good family restaurant 5 minutes by car). The establishment is very clean and comfortable. We plan to return to the region and if so, we will return to this establishment! In addition, from our room, beautiful view of the mountains.

The host Nicola is a very welcoming, attentive, and helpful young man. He is assisted by his parents, who are very courteous. The property is very modern in style, practically new, and extremely clean: not a speck of dust. The room and bathroom are spacious, the mattress excellent, and the TV top quality. Breakfast is good and varied. The location is outside Verona, but you can reach the center easily in 10 minutes. There are several restaurants nearby that Nicola recommends.

With my family we stayed three nights to go to Gardaland, visit Verona and Lake Garda. The property is brand new, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is plentiful. Nicola is a very welcoming person and available for any need. Highly recommended.

The structure is very beautiful and well-kept, run by Nicola, a capable, well-organized, and helpful young man. My girlfriend and I only stayed one night, but we would have really liked to stay longer! Excellent abundant breakfast with homemade products (fruit, jam, and cake). The fresh fruit in the room was also greatly appreciated. Optimal location, being in the countryside, in a quiet area, but just a stone's throw from the highway and about ten minutes from the center of Verona.

We stayed one night in this B&B and everything was perfect. From the friendly and kind welcome from Silvia to the structure, an oasis of peace, with rooms overlooking the family orchard. From the "mirror-like" cleanliness of the entire B&B to the delicious breakfast prepared by Nicola (the donut he offered us, among other things, literally made our taste buds dance!). Spacious room and bathroom, equipped with every comfort and tastefully furnished like the rest of the B&B. Another strong point of the structure is that it is not located directly on the road, which makes it extremely quiet. Definitely a reference point if we have the opportunity to pass through the area again. Keep it up, Nicola, the passion for the work you do for your structure makes your eyes shine!

We stayed for three nights at this property and were amazed by the kindness and availability of the owner Nicola, who proved to be very knowledgeable in advising us on places to visit, one of which was Borghetto sul Mincio. Moreover, he made us feel at home. The breakfast was well organized and we appreciated the ciambellone and the homemade jams. The B&B is set in nature with fruit trees and a well-kept garden. The room was well-furnished, but especially the cleanliness of the property and the room itself made us understand Nicola's care for his work. We recommend this B&B and will return again; a nice touch: upon departure, the owner prepared a little bag with ciambellone as a snack.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and welcoming. The Italian breakfast was good and well assorted. It is 15 minutes from the center of Verona and it is perfect for those who do not want to stay in the chaos of the city. If our paths take us back to Verona, we will definitely return here. If I really have to find a flaw, the shower water was not really warm.

We had a really pleasant stay at the B&B 3 Antiche Vie. The first thing that struck us was the impeccable cleanliness of the environments, taken care of in every detail and able to make us feel immediately at ease. The structure is really welcoming, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. A strong point is definitely the hospitality of Nicola, the owner. Always discreet but at the same time available, he was attentive to all our needs, providing us with assistance and useful advice to make our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the B&B deserves a special mention. Although initially the distance from the center of Verona may seem like a disadvantage, it turned out to be a great advantage instead. In just 10 minutes you can reach the heart of the city, without having to deal with the stress of urban traffic, since the B&B is located in a quiet non-urban area. We highly recommend this structure to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean base managed with passion to explore Verona and its surroundings. My husband and I stayed for only one night with two couples of friends (they have 3 double rooms each with its own bathroom). The place is enchanting, very well-kept with a beautiful garden, not far from the highway exit and close to the center. New, ultra-modern and above all very clean rooms but what makes it special is the care and passion that Nicola, the owner, puts into managing the b&b, making the guest feel at home. Excellent breakfast with good products, very varied and with excellent homemade cakes made by him!

The 3 Antiche Vie B&B is located in a convenient area in relation to the highway exit (A22 VR nord), the airport, Lake Garda and the center of Verona. The property is new, very well-kept in detail and quiet. Nicola is a young and welcoming manager, making his guests feel at home.

We are 2 couples of friends and we stayed at this brand new structure for the weekend dedicated to the B&B day. Nicola is a perfect host and manages everything down to the smallest details. The sweet breakfast, in addition to croissants, cookies, yogurt, etc., also includes homemade cakes made by him and every day he pampers you with a different recipe. The jams, moreover, are produced with the fruit from their crops. He is so attentive to details that he has installed a large Smart TV in the rooms. He is also very helpful for advice and general information. The structure, which has only 3 spacious and modern rooms, is therefore very peaceful. It also has an internal parking. A thank you also goes to Nicola's parents for their kindness towards all guests.

Me and my partner have been here 5-6 times now. Well, what can I say? It's a little happy island. It's convenient to go to the lake or downtown, but it's away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are very clean. Also, Nicola is always very kind, polite, and helpful. Everything deserves 10 points, but actually deserves more.

The structure is very recent, very clean and very convenient because it is close to the highway but also close to the center (you can get there by car or bus in minutes). The family that manages '3 Antiche Vie B&B' is very kind, welcoming and ready to give advice and information of any kind. Very quiet place, far from traffic and city noise. It is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax with a beautiful view of the countryside. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Nicola, the son, a very helpful and kind person; his mother is also very polite, you can see that they care about the people they host in the structure, which is very beautiful and well-kept, truly with attention to the environment and cleanliness worthy of a 5-star hotel. After a week in Trentino we arrived in Verona to leave for Sardinia. In a hurry, we looked for a Bed and Breakfast near the airport with the fear of not finding anything. Luck was on our side in every way. Nicola answered us and after a few hours welcomed us to his charming Bed and Breakfast. Very kind and caring. We stayed here for the Ferragosto weekend and we had a great time. I am a quite demanding person, used to high standards, and in this bed and breakfast I found everything I needed, nothing to criticize.
