A splendid place: a clean and welcoming country farmhouse in the heart of Umbria. Thanks to Alberto for welcoming us and making us feel at home. The food is excellent and attentive to every detail; thanks to the cook who was able to satisfy even the most demanding palates and to the waitresses for their very attentive service.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great warmth and availability by the owner, who was always attentive and caring, ready to meet our every need. The structure is cared for in every detail: a perfect balance between architectural charm, modern comforts, and Umbrian authenticity. Every corner tells a story, and a relaxing and genuine atmosphere can be felt. The pool is a real highlight: equipped with a bar, well-maintained, suitable for those seeking relaxation as well as for families with children. There are also green spaces and shaded areas to read a book or simply enjoy the peace of the countryside. Spello is a strategic base for exploring Umbria: in just a few minutes, you can reach Assisi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco, and Perugia. Staying in the village is also a pleasure: the historic center is a gem, rich in history and traditions, shops, restaurants, and services of all kinds. The food is also excellent, both what is offered on the premises and in the venues recommended by the owner: authentic flavors, local products, and sincere hospitality. Location near Spello very quiet, country house really very beautiful and comfortable. Hosts hospitable, friendly and very helpful! Alberto has a unique charm! Great for children as it also has a pool and a bar for cocktails by the pool. I highly recommend it also because the food is really good! I hope to return soon!

A small corner of paradise where we spent the weekend of 2/6 where we found the manager Alberto and his wife really kind and hospitable. Excellent cuisine and a truly clean and well-maintained structure. Alberto is a wonderful person who explained itineraries to us scrupulously, demonstrating all his love for his land. On a future trip to this wonderful area, we will definitely return to this structure.

The structure is very well cared for in the details. It is clear that it has undergone a very careful renovation. The large swimming pool area is greatly appreciated. The other side of the garden is also well maintained. However, to make it perfect, I would have added a swing and a rocking chair or a hammock to make it more usable. It is in a very convenient position to visit Spello, a beautiful village, just 5 minutes away. In the surrounding area, Assisi, Bevagna, and Montefalco are also easily reachable.

We stayed at Terre del Cantico with our camper, upon arrival we were greeted by the owner Alberto who immediately offered us a good coffee and made us feel welcome right away. In the evening there is the possibility for camper area guests to have dinner at the restaurant, we had a fixed menu dinner, abundant courses and everything really delicious cooked by a magnificent staff. The location is great for visiting Spello, if you have bicycles/scooters you are in the center in less than 10 minutes. Full marks.

Structure 5 minutes by car from Spello. Nice and comfortable apartments. Excellent and abundant breakfast (homemade pastries and jams). Option to have dinner (simple but very good and abundant menu). Mr. Alberto very helpful in recommending places and itineraries. Excellent advice also on where to buy various foods and drinks. The place is quiet and peaceful. Convenient parking. Place to recommend to anyone.

Friendly manager, very beautiful and well-kept structure. One piece of advice: considering that there are few parking spaces for campers, equipped with electric and water hook-ups, I would equip the structure with a small system for their drainage. However, we were pleasantly impressed.

The structure is a small corner of paradise. The owner is friendly and always available for any request and/or need. The pool is large and very clean. It is enchanting to see the sun slowly setting by the pool during sunset, it was beautiful. The food is delicious and you can feel the freshness of the products picked a few hours earlier from their garden. Highly recommended place, especially if you need a few days of relaxation to recharge.

Signora Teresa buongiorno, grazie per la recensione, Lei ha ricevuto l'appartamento sanificato, pulito, spolverato e disinfettato con trattamento OZONO. Poi, come Le è stato detto, il nostro personale non può rientrare nell'appartamento per ragioni di contaminazione, per cui Lei aveva a disposizione tutto il necessario per mantenere pulito. Se Lei non ottempera a tali servizi è un problema suo, se si forma polvere, che penso sia una cosa normale dai letti, dai muri, dalle travi in legno. Non capisco la sua lamentela, bastava tenere pulito, di cosa si lamenta se LEI non lo fa.

"Terre del Cantico" is the result of a project and realization by Alberto, an extraordinary and wonderful person who has managed to surround himself with very skilled and affectionate collaborators. During our vacation from 8th August to 22nd August 2020, everything worked very well. We will carry a beautiful memory with us.
