We stayed in two for two nights (25 and 26 October) at Corte dell'Ulivo, intending to visit the cities of Pisa and Lucca from Friday to Sunday, and we are sincerely satisfied with our choice. The apartment is located in a quiet, discreet, and very peaceful place, but at the same time, it is only a few minutes' drive from the city of Pisa and is also very well connected to the main roads. Thanks to this, it is possible to use the accommodation as a starting point and a base for discovering the many artistic and scenic beauties of the area, from majestic Pisa to lively Lucca, passing through Viareggio, Livorno, and the countless attractions in the surroundings. The accommodation is spotless and very comfortable, being equipped with great attention to everything one might desire: refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine for pods are just some of the amenities that equip the kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and, in line with everything else, very clean and carefully provided with soaps and linen in perfect condition. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, TV, and all the furniture useful for storing and organizing one's luggage during the stay. The outdoor courtyard is spacious and provides excellent parking, also leaving space to use the outdoor furniture (small armchairs and tables) in case one wants to sit in the sun on beautiful days. Finally, it is a pleasure to reserve one last happy mention for the courtesy and availability of Irene, who carefully managed, in addition to the aspects already mentioned above, all the phases of contact, reception, useful instructions for staying in the apartment, and departure. If we were to return to stay in the area, we would not waste time looking for another solution.

Beautiful apartment located just outside Pisa and 25 minutes by car from Lucca (therefore very convenient). The host is super kind and helpful, the cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are equipped with everything. As a bed and breakfast, it does not offer breakfast, but everything needed to prepare it with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and kettle, selection of infusions and coffee capsules. I would highly recommend it given the low cost and the strategic location that makes it an excellent solution to save a few euros compared to expensive city centers.

I was very satisfied with the structure, it is located in a very quiet area, away from traffic but at the same time close to commercial activities such as bars, pastry shops, bakeries, butchers and whatever else may be needed for a self-catering stay. The structure is well furnished, complete with everything needed for cooking, washing and ironing one's clothes. The possibility of managing one's stay completely independently was one of my requirements, as well as the fact that the premises were on the ground floor and the parking space was fenced. Excellent presence of a barbecue and a gazebo equipped with a table to enjoy outdoor grilling.

I booked the double room with bathroom, the lady was very kind and very helpful in providing some type of information. The room is also very beautiful, clean, quiet, and equipped with everything. Good location to reach Lucca in about 20 minutes. We had a very good experience. Some garden improvements are missing and then it's perfect. Breakfast not provided but there is a bakery within walking distance nearby. If I happen to be in that area again, I will definitely stay there again.
