Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 1 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Other notes
Guests should contact the property to arrange a check-in time, as the property does not have a fixed reception. Furthermore, arrivals after 17:00 will be carried out in Self-Check-in mode. It will be the guest's responsibility to contact the property to receive the codes.
Daniel, the host was very nice but wish they had informed us of the marathon. In the fact we had to leave our room three hours earlier than expected. The breakfast was of poor quality. The bathroom toilet would not flush properly and the bath towels were thin. The room overlooks the square and was extremely noisy at night, and the air-conditioning did not adequately cool the room I could not say I would recommend this to a family member. The staircase was dark and scary, and at least one flight of stairs had to be taken as the elevator did not go to the Ground floor. If you have any mobility issues, do not stay here.
