Good stay and very well located hotel. There was a small problem with the reservation on the site and the owner was very correct and resolved everything quickly and professionally. I didn't give a 10 for the establishment because we were disturbed by the slamming doors of the rooms and noisy neighbors...

I usually refrain from reviewing places, but I believe I have never had a worse experience. I stayed at this property on February 5 with my boyfriend. On arrival we were welcomed by a very kind young man on his first day of work, who considerably raises the average rating of the place. During booking I made sure to request a room with a balcony, which did not happen despite the request. We were told we might have had to pay more, perhaps, but in any case we remained in that room without a balcony and with a tiny bathroom whose door would not close. The property does not match the photos and the price is not competitive as stated in the listing; in fact, I stayed (and I will not stay again after this experience) in hotels with lower prices and more decent conditions. In the evening I asked for a coffee at reception, but they had just cleaned the machine, so we went out to get one at another place. On return (10:40 PM) the reception door was closed and we were told that "we close at midnight". Too bad it was not midnight. We then asked if it was possible to go out to smoke and the answer was that to smoke "we had to book the room with the balcony". Thanks, Graziella. In the morning, at 9:00 AM, very loud noises from the corridor. I will not return.

Excellent organization right from the moment of booking. I perceived a great attention towards the customer and the kindness, availability, and professionalism of the reception staff were truly exceptional. I wanted to return even before arriving. Super, super, this is for me the quality of a true entrepreneur and I congratulate the managers and owners of the hotel!
