We inform you that IN THE PERIOD 01 May - 31 october at the time of check in, there is a cash payment (not included in the booking price) of the tourist tax for the MUNICIPALITY OF CAROVIGNO, of €1 per person per night for a maximum of 7 days. Children up to 12 years old are free. Please communicate your check-in time in advance as there is NO 24-hour reception in the facility. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 5PM TO 7PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE 10AM. Any time flexibility must be requested and agreed/accepted well in advance. For arrivals between 7pm and 9pm there is a supplement of 30 EURO to be paid in cash upon arrival. We do not accept check-ins after 9pm, not even for a fee. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The structure has 2 SHOWERS. Set in the stone you will have the opportunity to use the comfortable shower cabin. Upon your arrival I will be happy to give you useful information to help you spend a relaxing stay in our lovely Carovigno. You will stay in a recently renovated historic 13th century residence, an ancient oven under the Carovigno Castle (a few steps from the structure), equipped with air conditioning. As a FREE welcome kit, you will receive coffee pods and a bottle of water and wine. 74 m2 ALL at your complete disposal. Delightful outdoor relaxation area useful for hanging out laundry or tasting a good wine or as a shelter for your bikes or beach equipment. Having an outdoor area is an uncommon requirement in historic centres. Domus Cesare offers you all your privacy when hanging out the laundry or relaxing in the evening on our garden set. The structure has a small kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. Everything needed to cook small meals is provided (pans-cutlery-glasses-glasses-wine-oil and salt). Quiet area well served by restaurants. There is a bathroom (toilet - shower toilet - shower and sink) and furthermore, SET in the bedroom, there is a SECOND SHOWER. Domus Cesare was born with the idea of enhancing the historic center of Carovigno called "Rione la Terra" and making its guests passionate about our thousand-year-old traditions. The structure built around the 13th century is located within the ancient city walls delimited by Porta Brindisi, Porta Nuova and Arco del Prete. It has recently undergone careful restoration and conservation works to preserve its beauty and authenticity. . Final cleaning is included in the price, on request extra daily cleaning can be carried out by agreement with the host at the extra price of 100 euros or the material for daily tidying up will be provided by the structure together with the linen at the time of check in. The linen change (which you will find clean at the beginning of your stay) takes place once a week for sheets and towels (or in any case at every customer change). For each extra linen change the cost is 15 euros per kit. No animals are allowed inside the house. It is also not permitted, unless prior notice, to allow other people into the home. Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the house and for the improper use of additional equipment. At the end of the stay, the house keys must be returned. In case of loss of the key, an amount of 200 euros will be charged. Domus Cesare declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or disappearance of valuable objects. Take care to turn off the lights in the house, the air conditioner and other systems when you are out to avoid possible short circuits. Please do not clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material and use the appropriate bins. Please remember that, on the day of departure, the Domus Cesare must be vacated by 10. 00 am to allow for cleaning, sanitization and handover to new arrivals. Subject to availability, late check-out can be agreed in advance. It is forbidden to use alternative heating means other than those present in the structure; penalties may be applied for out-of-the-ordinary consumption. a newborn up to 2 years old does not pay because he can sleep in the parents' bed. When booking, please communicate if you wish to use an additional cot at a cost of 20 euros per stay. The property only has 1 cot with a set of sheets available. A maximum of 1 infant from 0 to 2 years old can be accommodated free of charge. Other infants will pay the rate of 20 euros per day.
