B&B very clean and very welcoming for those who want to come to Rome for a few days and for those looking for a property with an excellent quality-price ratio. Close to the Vatican and the market.
We stayed here for the Vasco concert at the Olympic Stadium. The location is really enviable! Just a few steps from St. Peter's and other central areas. Well-organized and clean structure; the owner is really kind and helpful. We will definitely return!
Very nice, clean, and detail-oriented room overlooking a beautiful inner courtyard full of greenery. The only drawback is the noise from the boiler that is located in the room but is shared with other guests whenever it was activated.
Great structure and the girl who runs it is extremely helpful and impeccable. I highly recommend it for the price and location.

Price too high compared to the service offered. Bathroom door and bed headboard damaged, tiny bathroom with very small shower, my partner couldn't even take a shower without constantly bumping into things. Unfortunately, for the first time after many trips to Rome, I find myself having to leave a negative review... There are better accommodations with lower prices if you don't need to be close to St. Peter's.
The room is clean and nice, good location. Unfortunately, the bathroom ventilator was not working and the handheld bidet sprayer splashed water too strongly, making it unusable. The price (95.00 euros) for one night, without breakfast, is frankly excessive.
Nice and clean structure in a great location: bus stop just a step away and metro 7 minutes walk. Kind and helpful owner. What can I say, I am really satisfied.
Excellent facility in a quiet area and, something fundamental for me when I travel alone, the excellent communication with the owner. Not to underestimate the presence, in the immediate vicinity, of an excellent pastry shop where you can have breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Definitely a b&b to return to and recommend to friends.
