The B & B is located in a beautiful mountainous area, in a place rich in water and spas (Terme di Telese), in an area of great archaeological and architectural value, in a panoramic and quiet location, located just 600 m from the historic centre of Frasso Telesino, the B & B was born within a private garden in which is housed a luxurious villa for events surrounded by greenery, vegetable garden, fruit trees, olive trees etc.
At our guests' disposal: internal paths for pleasant walks and benches on which to lie and read a book while enjoying the silence, a terrace dedicated to B&B guests overlooking the village and the peaks of Mount Taburno.
It is a newly built structure with an elegant design and attention to detail, a structure with a unique and unmistakable style.

It is an ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of home, for business and work trips, for congresses and for a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment, for travellers who like to treat themselves to wellness breaks taking care of themselves in a discreet and refined environment, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquillity far from the city.

Guests will be able to taste typical local products thanks to the food and wine itineraries, immerse themselves in the tranquillity of lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.
Just 50 m away is the 16th century church of San Vito, and a short distance from our residence guests will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge.

All the rooms are furnished in modern style respecting the colours of the landscape and the context, the rooms all with garden view have heated rooms, parquet floors, private bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, luggage rack, safe, mini bar, possibility to come back at any time of the night, free parking, parking space with charging wallbox for electric vehicles, large garden.

In addition, we have a mini-apartment with independent access, equipped with an independent kitchen, two bedrooms with shared bathroom, private terrace, living room with two sofa beds with private fireplace, bathroom.

On request, it is possible to take part in excursions (trekking, cycling/mountain biking) to admire the beauty of our landscape, thanks to agreements with local partners.

We have spent a wonderful time. I wish to stay longer. The Tenuta Pascarella B&B is very charming and very, very clean. For me personally, the best thing was that when you enter the room, you smell new things. The bed was very, very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked without any problem. The shower size is very good. The owner was really nice and answered all our questions. We were traveling with our English cocker spaniel, who is in a wheelchair. It was very comfortable to take walks with him. I hope one day we will come back. The staff was very kind and helpful.

There was no one to welcome us on August 15 and the place was full of mosquitoes and wasps. I was stung by one of them and left to fend for myself with serious risks. The owner still has not replied to the messages I sent via WhatsApp, not even a word of apology for not coming to help. Speechless.

We only stayed for one night on Easter Sunday to spend Easter Monday in those areas. Very well-kept place full of greenery and tranquility, very clean rooms, availability to use the kitchen for small services. Small room but with all comforts, which is very useful, everything automated with access codes both to enter and exit the facility. Highly recommended for relaxing days, the only downside in our opinion is a breakfast of 8 euros per person a bit excessive.

Impeccable cleanliness. Mariagrazia was super helpful and very nice to us and our child. The only tiny drawback was the refrigerator not working during those days, but they were kind enough to let us use the one from the property. The place is generally very well-kept and in the midst of greenery. Absolutely recommended.

The structure was well-kept and clean, but unfortunately lacked an adequate heating system. The only available device was the air conditioner, which proved insufficient to cope with the intense cold of a mountainous area. At night, despite using double blankets, the cold was still noticeable, making the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast, included in the price, was rather disappointing: a limited choice of some biscuits, a bit of panettone and coffee. Considering the cost of 114 euros per night, the quality-price ratio was decidedly unsatisfactory. In summary, I do not believe that this structure justifies the requested price.

The girl and Josi are wonderful, kind, always helpful and available. The breakfast leaves something to be desired, lacking fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon, and fresh juices. I have never seen the manager. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Excellent brand new and clean structure, very welcoming. The owner showed us the place and waited beyond the expected arrival time. The structure is well positioned in a peaceful location, equipped with parking and a pool. We stayed in the new room, with comfortable beds that promote rest and air conditioning. Everything was perfect, especially the bathrooms, equipped with all the comforts. The breakfast was excellent and abundant, with sweets, croissants, and freshly made donuts. Even the cappuccino was excellent, hot and frothy. The structure is highly recommended. It is new, clean, and you feel comfortable. Both the structure, the owner, and the staff deserve it. I sincerely hope they continue like this and do great.

We stayed for only one night but we had a great time. We especially appreciated the silence and tranquility. Excellent reception and assistance. Breakfast was decent but could be improved. There was a lack of fruit and something savory. We brought our dog with us. Great for him as he could be free to roam. The property is fully enclosed. I definitely recommend it.

My favorite Tenuta Pascarella Bed and Breakfast in the Caserta area and surroundings. Super clean place with a great location, 1 km from the town. We were welcomed by Gina and shortly after we also met the owner, both really kind. Gina was very helpful, we had a great time. Area Semicentro

The facility is located 30 km away from the historic centre of Benevento: a city that hides unexpected surprises. A place of mysteries, myths, legends and history. A meeting between reality and fantasy.
Land of the Samnites, Lombards and Romans. It was the latter who named it Maleventum after the Samnites defeated them in the famous battle of the Forche Caudine. Only after the Romans had the upper hand did they rename it Beneventum.
