Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

The Masseria is equiped with swimming pool (6m x 12m x h 1.30m) and solarium area, garden with citrus grove, outdoor shared kitchen available to guests. About 300m from the accommodations there is the animal shelter, where there are chickens, goats, ponies and the prestigious Lipizzan horses, used for beautiful and romantic carriage rides, suitable for couples and families.
