Description
Casa Margot is located 300 meters from the train station and very close to the historic center in an area served by all public transport, making it suitable for all types of travel, for tourism, leisure, work and health reasons.

The large room, with two beds, one double and one single and a half, is actually a small apartment with private bathroom and kitchen/living room inside the main house.

The kitchen is equipped with all dishes and has a balcony where smoking is allowed.

The free wi-fi connection is a high-speed fiber.

The comfort of the room is guaranteed by 25 cm high memory mattresses, choice of pillows and extra blankets.

Breakfast with non-artisan products is included.

Luggage storage service is available.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 3 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Très bon accueil et séjour très agréable à Casa Margot, appartement au calme et bien situé dans le centre de Bologne, près de la gare. Je reviendrais!

Area Centro

Casa Margot is in a central district, not in a restricted traffic area, a few steps from the train station and with many shops, restaurants, bars and services near the house.

Nearby there are the Mambo Museum, the Cineteca and the Piazzola, in a few minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, Via del Pratello and many other museums and monuments in the historic center, by bus you can get there quickly at the Fair, at the Maggiore Hospital, at the San'Orsola Hospital and at all the other city museums.
There is also the shuttle to the Unipol Arena for the big concerts.

The condominium is very quiet, there is a day porter and night surveillance.
