Free public parking is available in front of the property (non-private parking, outside the ZTL zone).
The Accommodation:
• Entire apartment for 2 people, located on the ground floor
• Free Wi-Fi connection
• Double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, window, and TV
• Living room with sofa, dining table, and TV
• Fully equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge, kettle, capsule coffee machine, utensils)
• Garden with washing machine and drying rack
Breakfast:
• Breakfast is not provided; since this is a private apartment, you are free to prepare your own meals and breakfast using the kitchen.
• As a courtesy, upon arrival and only for the first night, we provide some bottled water and a few coffee capsules.
Shampoo & Hairdryer:
• The bathroom is equipped with a standard hairdryer.
• For the first night only, we provide single-use sachets of shower shampoo and a few toilet paper rolls.
Linens & Cleaning:
• Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge at check-in only.
• No change of sheets or towels is provided during your stay; as a private apartment, you can use the washing machine in the garden and manage the linen independently.
• Daily cleaning is not included; you are expected to manage the apartment as if it were your own home.
Things to know:
• A valid phone number is required at the time of booking, as it will be used to send you the information needed to collect the keys, which are stored in a key box.
Check-in:
• The keys are kept in a key box located next to the entrance gate at Via Malta 18, Olbia.
• Self check-in available from 3: 00 PM
• The key box code will be sent shortly before your arrival and ONLY IF each guest has provided a valid ID.
• A valid ID for each guest is mandatory for registration.
Check-out:
• Check-out by 10: 00 AM
Security:
• Safety ensured by gas and carbon monoxide detectors
• Portable fire extinguisher
• Outdoor areas are under video surveillance for public safety (only in the garden and at the entrance gate) — in full compliance with privacy laws
House Rules:
• Children not allowed
• Minors cannot make reservations
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (smoking allowed in the garden)
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• No external guests allowed — even for short visits.
All guests must be included in the official reservation as per Italian hospitality regulations (La Maison de Gioel can host a maximum of 2 people with a valid reservation).
• No noise allowed between 09: 00 PM and 07: 00 AM
• Do not remove any items from the property
