For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Hey, I'm Moris

It all started in the 1960s when my mother's family took over the Osteria del Castello di San Martino in Minerbio...or maybe it all started long before that. My grandmother Giorgina was already famous for her ragù and for the long sheets of pasta she could roll out with two rolling pins together; my grandfather Ivano was the local butcher and from a young age was called to the farmers' homes because he was good at "handling" the pig. In this world now distant, among tagliatelle and cured meats, grilled meats and tavern jokes, I was born. And of course, I was infected with the joy and goodness that surrounded me. Who am I? I am Moris Libanori, and in 2004, together with my family, we opened Sorsimorsi, a country house transformed into a restaurant where some dishes still have the flavor of the tavern where I grew up. We are proud to offer the most authentic Emilian cuisine in a simple and relaxed environment, just like the taverns of old.
