Max is an amazing host — friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. He made everything easy and smooth, from booking to check-out, and provided useful tips, a transport pass, and all the necessary information. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. It’s close to the South Bolzano bus station, which was very convenient for the early-morning bus. Thanks for all the hospitality and help!

We stayed one night at Casa di Max and it was great! We booked the room very short notice but even then it was easy to get in touch with the host. The host was such a lovely person and he also picked us up at the bus station when we arrived. Our room and the shared bathroom were both really clean and the apartment was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this b&b to everyone!
We had never stayed in a place like this. The photos did not match those on the website at the time of booking. Even the house number did not match: the street was the same but not the house number. The wardrobes in the room were full of clothes and the sheets were very dirty.
We stayed for one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is well-equipped and the instructions for entry were clear and simple. Everything was very clean, which we appreciated a lot. The only aspect to consider is that it is a bit outside the center of Bolzano, but if this is not a problem, it is definitely worth it.

The weekend spent at Casa di Max was exceptional! The apartment is well equipped, the room very cozy, and the common areas (bathroom and kitchen) clean. Even though the house is located a few kilometers from the center of Bolzano, thanks to the transport pass provided by Max, we were able to move around comfortably without having to move the car. Additionally, Max was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times.
I stayed only one night but the feedback was positive. Apartment 10 minutes by car from the center with parking, the manager very helpful and welcoming. Very familiar environment.
