Two steps from the station, in via dell'Amorino, we offer these 2 apartments where all the essentials for a comfortable stay are provided:
A TWO-ROOM APARTMENT that can accommodate up to 3 people, being present a double bed and a single bed that can be opened. You will have a kitchenette, bathroom with bidet, TV, air conditioning and WIFI. The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave and washing machine. It also has a dining area which consists of a table and 3 chairs.

A STUDIO, an intimate and characteristic space, being present a beautiful ceiling with exposed beams and a comfortable double bed. You will also find a kitchenette stocked with pots and pans, the bathroom with shower, air conditioning and wifi.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €5.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 30.00 € per oom/accomodation
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Please note that the cleaning fee of 30 euros and the tourist tax of 5,5 euro per person per night are not included in the final cost of the stay and must be paid in cash on arrival

The balance can be made by bank transfer within the day before the arrival or in cash upon arrival, it's not possible to pay by credit card or bancomat upon arrival

This was a great flat for my daughter and I. We were able to relax while there in the evenings and it was so close to all the places we wanted to see. The hosts were very responsive and helpful so much so that we booked another property with them!

I loved the stay in the studio! The studio was very comfy and it had everything you could possibly need. The communication with the owner was excellent! The location is ideal, 5 min from the train station and 5 min from the cathedral. There are also lots of good restaurants nearby. The only call out is that the area is very noisy, so make sure to bring the earplugs if you’re someone who is bothered by loud noises.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans le studio Amorino. Tout était parfait. L’emplacement est vraiment un plus, très central, proche de tout (de la gare, de la place du Duomo, du marché couvert). L’appartement est également très bien équipé. Irène a été très disponible et réactive à toutes nos demandes et questions. Idéal pour séjourner à Florence.

Posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro storico, ti muovi senza prendere alcun mezzo, pulizia eccezionale, bagno nuovo e pulito, cucina funzionale e dotata di tutto, poi l'host è stata gentilissima, puntuale e sempre pronta a rispondere ai nostri messaggi, sicuramente da consigliare a chi cerca la comodità e la pulizia a due passi dal centro storico.

L'appartamento è delizioso, molto confortevole e pulito, rifornito di tutte le cose necessarie e anche più! La pulizia è eccellente e il letto molto comodo. Irene si è mostrata da subito gentilissima e accogliente e la guida con i suoi suggerimenti è stata davvero utile. Decisamente consigliato, se dovessi tornare a Firenze prenoterei di nuovo qui!

La struttura ha una posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi, soprattutto per il Battistero e per la Galleria degli Uffizi. Consiglio l'Antico Vinaio, mangerete qualcosa di eccezionale, magari sotto i portici degli Uffizi. Un'altra attrazione è Via dell'Amorino, citata da Boccaccio. Vi consiglio di leggere la leggenda, è una via storica. Un altro fattore importante è l'aria condizionata e la cucina ultra contemporanea ad induzione. Infine, vorrei menzionare la proprietaria, Irene, che è molto carina e gentile.

Riccardo ed Irene non sono solo degli ottimi gestori della struttura, ma anche delle persone disponibili e gentilissime ad ascoltare ogni richiesta. Ho avuto il piacere di pernottare per tre notti nell’appartamento “LOFT” dotato di tutti i servizi ed eccellente pulizia. Eccellente anche la posizione strategica dell’appartamento in quanto raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione “S. M Novella” e quindi vicino al centro Firenze. Ci ritornerò presto!
