Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Per festeggiare il compleanno del mio amore, Giusy, siamo stati in questa splendida tenuta. Sin dagli accordi telefonici abbiamo capito che il posto era quello "giusto"! La villa è arredata con grandissimo gusto. La hall meravigliosa con uno stile alquanto accattivante. La stanza con annesso bagno risulta arredata in modo moderno e con tutti i comfort necessari. Ordine e pulizia alla base di tutto. Si può usufruire di una fantastica piscina nel silenzio rilassante della tenuta. Il posto immerso in un oasi di tranquillità è anche vicino a Marina di Ragusa, con la sua grande spiaggia, divertimento locali e lunghi passeggi. La mattina Tecla ci ha servito una gustosissima colazione in una accogliente veranda difronte la piscina. Da assaggiare la marmellata da lei fatta in casa! Infine, ma non per ultimo un grandissimo ringraziamento ai proprietari Gioacchino e Francesco i quali sono dei gran lavoratori. Nulla è fuori posto, tutto è curato nei minimi particolari. Ci hanno fatto, come si dice in questi casi, sentire a casa. Siamo certi che vi verremo a trovare quanto prima possibile per inebriarci nuovamente e per poter ricreare quella fantastica atmosfera creatasi. Grazie di tutto! Umberto e Giusy.
