The accommodation is fine; I would suggest putting cups in the rooms to manage breakfast properly. We stayed in the room with 3 beds; it would be convenient if there were also 3 chairs to sit around the table for breakfast, otherwise you have to sit on the bed. Excellent availability to leave the room in the afternoon.
