Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 1 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- With pet passport
- Garden, dog sitter
- Pets stay free of charge
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €
Other notes
No smoking inside the house.
There is a microwave in the common room to warm up take away food or cook some meals.
If you need to leave your animal in the room we can pet-sit. We need to be informed in advance and find an agreement.
