Liana was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite the heavy rain, the airport shuttle arrived on time, and the driver was very supportive throughout the journey.

They really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and worked with our schedule. They were very friendly and gave us recommendations of places to go and things to see during our stay. The subway was right outside the place and made it easy to get around.

My room overlooks the Aurelia and the French door is as if it wasn't there, so I didn't sleep. Moreover, the soundproofing from the other rooms is poor.
