Our B & B is located 5 minutes walk from the sea and from the establishments in the area ('Bagni Chalet Gabry', Holtel Perla. . .) In a place rich in archaeological sites, in a quiet location where the remains are still visible of an ancient "Giardino ad Agrumeti" from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea. Surroundings
Our guests will have the opportunity to walk and shop along the Via del Mercato, on Thursday evenings, during the summer and every Saturday morning, throughout the year, and be surprised by the creations of our artisans, taste the typical products. local thanks to the food and wine itineraries, follow cultural events and exhibitions, take long walks entrancing yourself to the numerous and splendid landscapes in the area. In the surroundings of our structure it will be possible to find places of historical interest to satisfy one's desire for knowledge such as the Archaeological Park, the Malacological Exhibition, sports facilities and fitness centers to keep fit even on vacation.

Our residence is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday surrounded by greenery in a discreet environment suitable for lovers of silence, nature and tranquility away from the city.

Elegant family welcome. I stayed for three days in Cupra at the B&B La Dogaressa: I was struck by the extraordinary welcome of Mrs. Simonetta, the elegance of the house in classic furnishings, the sense of familiarity and simplicity, the silence of the nature of the place located just 500 meters from Cupra center. It's a surprise not to be missed... breakfast served among various delicacies in a very elegant room. I will be back. Tony Molise.

The structure is located on a hill surrounded by greenery with a beautiful sea view. The garden is well-kept; excellent cleanliness for rooms and restrooms. The kind lady Simonetta is able to offer cultured company and prepares a well-kept and excellent breakfast.

Enchanting location. Wonderful garden. It is easy to reach. The breakfast is truly rich and well cared for. There is maximum attention to all the guests' needs. The terrace is available among the centuries-old trees of the structure. The owner is a lady with pleasant and cultured conversation. Not to mention the beauty of the landscape and the surrounding locations.

I would say that the B&B in question is its manager. I spent four lovely days in the company of Mrs. Simonetta, a fine connoisseur of the places in the Piceno area, and through her I was able to appreciate how beautiful this territory and its history can be. Everything is immersed in a truly elegant atmosphere, with a beautiful breakfast served under a "Berber tent," as she says. The place enjoys a charming view. The sea can also be reached on foot, for those who want to. I absolutely recommend it.
