The three families spent a pleasant extended break due to a visit to Assisi. The apartment itself is very comfortable, the children enjoyed the garden, where they played, the football field, handball and swam in the pool. They also liked animals. The location is very quiet and quickly accessible to the city. We highly recommend it to other guests.

Communication with Paolo was very good. A little problem in communication with his sister because she speaks only Italian. We managed, but for some things we contacted Paolo over WhatsApp. The apartment was big enough, clean although some kitchen utensils weren't (toaster, casserole, ...). The property offers many activities for the kids (football, playground, swimming pool, animals, ...). Despite the minor things that weren't as the rest (mentioned before), we would still come here again because of the location outside the city but close enough (5 mins by car) and the peace and relaxation it offers. Paolo is a very good host and can recommend it.

My husband, our 10-year-old child, our dog and I stayed for a week in the Sagittario apartment. The location is strategic, just a short distance from Assisi, from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, restaurants and supermarkets. The host is always available and kind. Breakfast is served by very friendly staff with homemade cakes, a different one each day. Highly recommended property.

Overall the property is welcoming, cleanliness was adequate, and the location is excellent. The breakfast needs improvement: compared to other farmhouses that offer homemade biscuits and various cakes, here the breakfast is repetitive with packaged croissants and single-portion jam or Nutella. At a farmhouse one expects a homemade breakfast with freshly prepared cakes rather than packaged snacks. The property likely performs much better in the spring and summer.

A very pleasant stay. Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment with everything needed. Very welcoming, well cared for and elegant. Breakfast was very good and abundant, with homemade cakes. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff who provided information on what to visit or where to eat. Very close to Assisi and also to other characteristic places like Spello. We went in winter, but in good weather there is a swimming pool, a football field and horses. If we have the chance, we will definitely return.

The property's location is excellent for getting around and for families, set in greenery. The apartment is decent. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more hospitality: we did not have the pleasure of being welcomed; we arrived, were given the keys and then nothing, we did not have the pleasure of meeting the owners. Otherwise it is fine, although it could be better given the property.

Excellent location for visiting many villages in Umbria. Very clean accommodation with all the necessary comforts. Pool, ping-pong, bocce, five-a-side football and even animals to visit (horses, goats). The owners were extremely kind and ready to meet any request; the places recommended for lunch or dinner proved to be excellent. We will definitely return also because we felt truly at home.

The confirmation email stated a discount that was not applied at the time of payment. At breakfast, there were homemade pastries that were not always fresh and already cut and arranged on the individual tables. The constant presence of oversight created a bit of discomfort.

We spent a weekend in Assisi in mid-February. Nice structure although a bit dated. Very close to the Porziuncola and very convenient for visiting Assisi. The strengths are the location, the tranquility, and the nice and comfortable apartments, equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and a large bathroom. Not to forget the excellent price. We stayed for two nights at Agriturismo La Mora in Assisi towards the end of February 2025. The property is located in a strategic position, about a kilometer from Santa Maria degli Angeli and a few kilometers from the center of Assisi. If desired, during the beautiful season, one could also walk to Assisi; moreover, they also rent bicycles, making it even easier to move around the countryside and the surrounding little towns. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen and the possibility of accommodating up to 8 people. Everything was clean, the bathroom generous and comfortable like the bedrooms. The manager, Paolo, worked hard to handle the paperwork regarding a Dropbox, he was kind, always ready to solve any problem. We felt very good and are thinking of returning in the beautiful season to enjoy the large open spaces on the green that were not accessible during our period. Well done, keep it up.

Situated in a quiet place just a few minutes from Santa Maria degli Angeli. From the room, you can admire the village of Assisi and its cathedral. The apartment is clean and very nice. Beautiful structure set in a stunning location just a stone's throw from Santa Maria Degli Angeli. Paolo, the manager, is kind and friendly. We made use of the barbecue at the property and enjoyed the swimming pool.

The agriturismo is located in a fairly strategic position, close to many of the tourist areas in the area. The view of Assisi is beautiful and evocative! The hosts are very kind, the structure is well maintained, and the kittens in the courtyard are adorable. If you are lucky, you will also meet a delightful little goat on the slide. Recommended for both families and friends.

We stayed for a rather long period at Agriturismo La Mora, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Assisi, a structure in the middle of greenery with a beautiful swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and tables for the satisfaction of the guests. In addition, there is a five-a-side football field, table tennis, and possibly a bocce court, as well as games for children. The structure is located a few kilometers from Assisi and Spello, and by traveling a few more kilometers, you can visit many towns, each more interesting than the last. The welcome was among the best. Paolo, the manager, is always available for any type of information, and then there is Pina, Paolo's sister, who is always present and available, preparing exquisite desserts, a real temptation for the blood sugar. The apartments are very pleasant and especially very clean. It is an ideal place to relax in complete tranquility.

Stayed the first week of July 2024; welcome, privacy, kindness, are some terms to describe what I experienced with my family of 5 members (including our 4-legged creature!). Swimming pool baths, relaxation, sports (soccer and ping pong) in the countryside with a view of Assisi. Centrally located with respect to all the places to visit within a 50km radius. We already miss the two Jack Russell puppies who played with our little dog every day!

We were welcomed by a very kind landlady who explained everything to us and was always available. The apartment was very clean and complete with everything necessary. The location is spectacular, convenient to Assisi and Perugia, wonderful view of Assisi from the garden. The pool gave us refreshing moments after spending the whole day visiting the surroundings. Despite the scorching heat outside, the apartment was always cool and we always slept very well at night. Thanks to the owners for the beautiful stay, highly recommended!

Good apartment, very quiet area. Despite the intense and sultry heat of the day, you sleep very well at night. Strategic location as a base for excursions. Great pool to relax after a day visiting the various Umbrian villages.

Lovely farmhouse in the countryside but a few minutes from Santa Maria Degli Angeli. Very clean apartments and more than adequate facilities. We couldn't enjoy the pool due to bad weather but it's very nice. Special mention to the managers, very kind and caring, we had an unexpected event that forced us to stay half a day longer and they didn't ask for any extra charge. Highly recommended.

The agriturismo is in a strategic position to visit Umbria. It is very clean and well maintained, you feel at home, in a word 'pampered'. Even our beloved Lady, an English setter, was able to run and have fun inside the property where there are fenced areas. We will definitely come back. Agriturismo La Mora.

I stayed at this agriturismo on the recommendation of friends, accompanied by my furry travel companions, and I had a great time. The apartment I had, the Sagittario, was well taken care of in every detail and very clean. It had an outdoor garden and a private parking. Furthermore, the agriturismo has a large park and offers a beautiful view of the city of Assisi. Highly recommended.

We stayed with family for three days in this beautiful property on the recommendation of our friends and we really enjoyed it. Our daughters appreciated the large playground kept in an exemplary manner and we enjoyed the tranquility of the place. The apartments we had were the twins and we highly recommend them because they have a private garden and a view of the park. A special thanks to Paolo who was attentive to all our requests.

We stayed about a week in this splendid structure after being recommended by our friends and we had a really great time. Well-organized structure in every aspect and managed exemplarily by Paolo, always attentive to our every request. Well-kept apartments, both in layout and in the cleanliness of all environments. We have just returned after 2 weeks in this beautiful property, clean, organized, and equipped with every comfort. The apartments are very beautiful and comfortable, the exterior is lovely with a splendid pool overlooking Assisi and so much well-kept and livable greenery. For about eight years, I always come back with pleasure to this enchanting oasis. The structure is excellent, with clean and comfortable apartments, and a green space taken care of down to the smallest details. The extra touch is the pool. Located in a strategic position, the place allows you to listen to the music of nature, while being just a few steps from the center of Santa Maria degli Angeli and Assisi.
