It was clean and near the center, but it was a little uphill. The parking was okay. The host came into the room every day to clean and check.

The room is very well furnished and the accommodation is close to the city center and not very far from the train station (20 minutes). The cafes and bakeries are not far for breakfast, which is not provided. The real downside is that there is no sound insulation between the rooms. You can hear your neighbors going to the toilet. This is not very pleasant in the middle of the night.

Great value for money. Only drawback: the pillows are rock-hard and the accommodation is relatively thin-walled if the neighbors are noisy or snore loudly. Otherwise, completely satisfied.

A super clean accommodation. The staff and Anna are super nice and helpful. Only ten minutes from the lake and city center. A very safe environment. You can park directly at the house. A very quiet location. We would book again on our next visit.

The host is very kind and friendly. Excellent location: the city center can be reached on foot in a very short time and you are away from traffic noise. It's a pity that there is no breakfast. With this added service it could reach the highest rating.

The owners are very kind and always available. The property is brand new and very well-kept, slightly decentralized from the city, an excellent base for cycling tourism. The parking is very convenient even though it does not belong to the structure. A huge garage is available for bicycles.

We stayed in this property and found it welcoming and quite clean. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything necessary to make our stay pleasant. I would add another socket under each bedside table (next to the one for the bedside lamp) to charge the phone. The only small note concerns the bathroom, where upon entering, we perceived a slight odor, but fortunately, nothing particularly bothersome. The owner and her son were nice, they were kind and helpful. Great advice on where to have breakfast. Recommended, we would gladly return if it maintains these prices.

Considering that these establishments should not be called Bed & Breakfast, since breakfast is not included, I can only speak well of Casa Speri: excellent hospitality, excellent personal attention, new structure in a very nice and well-kept villa, residential and quiet location, impeccable cleanliness, extreme kindness of the hosts. I rated the location 9 only because it is not right inside the walls, but the center is reachable in 6 minutes on foot. If breakfast were included, considering that we are in Peschiera del Garda, it would have deserved a 10 also in terms of value for money.

Truly quality structure, located in a quiet place 10 minutes walk from the center and the lakeside. The managers are truly welcoming people who make you feel at home, friendliness, kindness, tranquility. For breakfast, even if not included, there is a coffee machine and herbal teas. Spacious room, a nice bathroom and above all very clean. The presence of air conditioning was the best.

Casa Speri is a lovely house 500 meters from the center of Peschiera, located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood, with parking on the street in front. The property is new, modern, elegantly furnished, and carefully designed in every detail. The spacious room, on the top floor, is exactly as seen in the photos. Equipped with every comfort. Breakfast, being mid-November, was not included, but the price was truly a bargain. Mrs. Anna welcomed us immediately with kindness and availability, giving us advice on where to eat. I highly recommend it and hope to return for a longer stay.
