The apartment was of very good size and clean. There is no elevator, in case you come with heavy luggage. The location is in a good area on the main road, easy public transport and feels safe to walk in the evening. The property host is helpful, during the reservation issue there was an error.

Exceedingly clean and very secure. A vault door and a second secure door make you feel like you are in the important part of a bank. The entry instructions are a bit complicated and require a phone, but we got used to it and the sense of security is worth it. A few steel doors feels nice when you are traveling, even though Florence is relatively clean and there was no apparent crime in the area. There were military police at the train station but they seemed relaxed and nonchalant. It's a bit of a walk from the train station but if you have transportation it's just moments away. About 20 minutes to the parts of town a tourist would want to see, and the area immediately surrounding the property is well-furnished for groceries and breakfast. The alley view is actually pretty cute if you aren't from Italy. Just terracotta roofs and people doing laundry.

Walking distance to the city is about 30 minutes. There are good restaurants nearby. The air conditioning works well. The kitchen is nice and clean. There are supermarkets within walking distance of about 5 minutes (Lidl, Mulan Market). The host is very responsive.

Luca gave us all the instructions to enter the accommodation independently. He answered all our questions kindly. The accommodation is very clean and new. However, be aware of the neighbors above that can be easily heard. I rate it an 8 for the location because it requires a 2 km walk to the city center and with a young child it's not always easy, but the accommodation is well served by buses nearby. We had a pleasant stay in Florence at Luca's accommodation.

It met my expectations. The apartment is well cared for in every detail. During my stay, the owner contacted me several times to ask if I needed anything. It is easily connected to the historic center. To be honest, if the weather allows, it is also pleasant to do it on foot. I parked on the street in the blue lines at 2.50 euros per hour. Be careful because the white lines are for residents.

Very nice apartment recently renovated internally. Large and comfortable rooms. Impeccable cleanliness with all the bed and bath linen. Really recommended also for the total availability of the owner. I rated 9 for the location just because it is about 2 km from the center but it is very well served by public transport and in 20 minutes you reach the center.
